No, I don't think C'Thun decks are OP or will rule the Meta. And there are all sorts of ways to remove it once it's in play (assuming you survived the Battlecry.) But I think there should have been a token neutral minion with subpar stats that would do something to an enemy C'Thun. Perhaps a minion similar in stature to Eater of Secrets:
4 mana, 2/4 Humbler of C'Thun "At the end of your turn, restore an enemy C'Thun to its original Attack and Health."
Well most classes already have the removal for C'Thun once he is played. How does a tech card for C'Thun help? It just leaves a 6-6 body which u still have to deal with. Warriors have execute, priests have death and entomb, mage has polymorph, warlocks have doom and twisting nether ( ik they r not run, but u never know), so therefore, this would be pointless.
Doubt it'd see very much play, at least not for a while. There's no way Blizz would implement something that strong, at best you could hope for a 3, potentially 4, reduction at the end of your turn. The aftermath isn't really the issue with most classes, it's the lethal/boardclear you're running when it gets played, and it's unlikely you would use a deck slot or two just to kill a few points off.
That said it's not a shabby idea, and maybe if it does become the new ruling meta we'll see minions and spells introduced to counter it.
Look, I want to tell you something because you're very dear to me. And I hope you understand that it comes from the bottom of my damaged, damaged heart. You are the finest piece of ass I've ever had and I don't care who knows it. I am so glad that I got to roam those hillsides.
Nobody would play a tech card against a specific minion. It´s even nearly impossible to make Eater of secrets or Kezan Mystic work, and those have 3 whole classes to counter.

Not sure I agree with this - as C'thun is viable in at least 4 classes (Warrior, Warlock, Druid and Priest).
I'm just another one of those. You know, those who do things. Things that need to be done by those that do these things in order to do those things that don't do these things themselves. Has the word 'things' lost meaning to you already?
Stand against Darkness' only use. Soaking 5 C'thun battlecry damage haha. I guess each class does have their own removal, Druid got mulch and naturalise, hunter has deadly shot, mage has vaporise and polymorph, rogue has assassinate, warrior has execute, shaman has hex, priest has entomb and death, warlock has siphon soul (much more efficient than doom and nether as offered above haha) and paladin has buff :P. I guess paladin can just use his 4 mana 3/4 set a minion to 3/3 or his equality or humility or eadric the pure or that 3/3 for 3 that sets a minions attack to 1. No class has no counter to C'thun, except playing your C'thun first is always a good way to get past it. also you can be cheap and save some divine shield/taunt minions for after your opponent plays C'thun, then he takes 2 turns to get through each while taking damage all the time. he takes 14 dmg getting through a sunwalker and a psychotron so that's enough to kill the avg C'thun I think
Clearly there are all sorts of ways to deal with it after it is played. In fact, there are so many largish minions in Old Gods that adding extra minion removal is a must anyway in any midrange or control deck. I guess it all depends just how common C'Thun decks become. If they really do start to dominate then I would fully expect some sort of card in the next Adventure or Expansion to tame him. Even when you think you're ready for him that Battlecry can be a game changer.

Also, forcing your opponent into a Deathlord or Varian Wrynn situation where battlecries don't trigger.

[Game] Name another card that has the same...

Freezing trap has been pretty effective haha. I beat a druid after he ran his C'thun into mine.
Bolf Ramshield currently prevent C'thun from killing you off battlecry alone.
There needs to be anti battlecry tech. Something like:

What about Grim Patron? Or Hogger, Doom of Elwynn?
Having Sylvanas on the board when C'thun comes down works very nicely.
