I think Scarlet Trainer is better, but he needs a small nerf to his cost.
JC- it's a very bad idea to give all classes (and decks) a busted spell, that stops fatigue and generates infinite resources. In the past Jade Druid was hated solely for those reasons. Now imagine what it would be to give an Odd Warrior or a BSM even more resources. With this spell you eliminate one of their biggest weaknesses and imho the word class identity would lose its meaning, cuz' this minion would become an auto-include in all attrition decks. Mage and Priest could pull off the following combo - Sorcerer's Apprentice/Radiant Elemental, Gadgetzan Auctioneer, Jade Idol and a cheap spell. It will be really "fun" to deal with a mediocre board at first and on the following turn to face 30/30s. You could argue, that Skulking Geist can counter the spell, but the watermark on your card doesn't speak of an expansion, which will rotate out soon or is already rotated out.
My biggest concern with Jade Collector is the class identity argument. The existing neutral cards, which generate random class ones (Grand Crusader, Witch's Cauldron), are unreliable and can give you all sorts of trash. The collector however acknowledges one specific weakness of all control decks and hands over the solution freely w/o any penalties.
ST - I kinda like it, but imho it's too strong as a 3-drop. The reason for this are the odd decks. You see, since they run a lot of 1-drops, they will get an insane value out of this minion. Imagine how you play it on turn 3 and follow up with a Fire Fly. The longer the trainer sticks on the board, the more value you will get from him. And I know I would be super pissed, if I lose to an odd paladin or an odd rogue, just because they were lucky enough to get Repentance from the trainer, while I am behind on the board and play a big taunt. This is why imho the card should cost 4 mana. You can give it a boost to his stats, in order to compensate the nerf to the cost - like making him a 3/5.

Thanks for feedback, I will probably go with ST, however I disagree that it would be OP as a 3-drop. Odd decks don't run THAT MANY 1-drops and the secrets are random so you can get crap like Hidden Wisdom instead of a value secret.
As for your cards, I prefer Guardian of the Swamp, though they all feel too bland for a WCDC.

Yeah, don't worry. I also think that they are a bit boring for a WCDC. But I have a small question - where is the difference between a simple design and a bland one. I'm one of the people, that liked your "Spirit Cleanser", since it wasn't complicated and very flavourful. I remember how in a past WCDC (dedicated to poisonous minions) Shadow made a 0 mana 0/2 Poison Ivy and it also attracted many people's attention thx to its simple design. I'm asking because I would like to know what to consider, when I design similar cards.

As you wish. I agree with you, that odd decks don't run THAT MANY 1-drops, I was mainly thinking about Odd Paladins
and their 8 1-drops, which can potentially generate 8-10 secrets (depending on how many minions you combine with the Trainer). Yeah, the secrets can be random, but the opponent won't know what to play around. Not to mention, that in some cases the bad outcomes could become quite useful - Hidden Wisdom might give the paladin extra burst, when they desperately need it, if their opponent overcommitted earlier. Moreover if we exclude Eye for an Eye and the situanionally ok Hidden Wisdom, the rest of the secrets are pretty amazing:
Jade Idol is an awful card, the last thing we need is having it for every class.
Scarlet Trainer is alright. It should probably have TGT watermark, as Paladin stuff for all classes was a thing that expansion (Grand Crusader and Silver Hand Regent)
I am seeing a ridiculous amount of submissions that could simply write out the effect instead of "cast x spell." It seems like shoehorning a card to fit into the submission requirements.

Casting a spell makes the card subject to Counterspell, Spell Bender or other spell triggered effects, thus making the card weaker.

I have a feeling, that this also concerns my entry. Well, normally I would agree with you, since some people like to take it easy, but I personally did it for flavour reasons. The initial design of my card was about a contestant, who was enthusiastic over joining the ETC band and wanted to show the band members the best of himself. And then we see (or better said hear) the reality of things. Since I couldn't find a suitable art with a character, that holds a mic, I decided to stick to the current version. And inb4 it's not like we don't have any cards with weird texts in their descriptions - just look at Lady in White for example.
I like the idea of Forward Observer, but I feel it's unbalanced. Maybe if you make it a 6-mana 4/4 and change the text to read any minion instead of just enemy minions.
It's basically useless against the Priest or Warlock, but stealing an Aluneth or Woecleaver could be fun.
Aluneth is granted and depending on who you're playing as i.e Druid or Rogue you can use Piest's Dragonstone pretty effectively, you wont get a for sure wocleaver tohugh since Warrior has access to many other weapons and even Molten Blade as an all time low roll.
Just to clarify. Dr. Frankestein doesn't add the Zombeast to your hand, it only shuffles three copies of it into your deck, so you actually need to have some long term plan to effectively use him.

I wouldn't worry about it too much, as I decided to submit something completely different :)

Behold, foolish interlopers! I am commanding this mortal to spread the will of the Scourge throughout the interwebs, encouraging you to seek out me, Archlich Kel'Thuzad! Now coming to you as the tenth class of Hearthstone!
I am a finalist in this Class Creation Competition, so if you could give it a look I would be greatly appreciative <3

I'm not sure I can correctly explain it myself, it's mostly intuitive, from a bit of introspection I'd say the difference between bland and simple-but-effective (SBE) is:
SBE has awesome flavor to complement the effect
SBE has a strategical utility and can bring new archetypes to the game, or reinforce existing but bad ones
SBE features a mechanic that is generally appreciated by players, or that they would like to see more

I think this is pretty much on point. Especially the first two seem to be the case. Just Imagine a card like Nesting Roc (not the best example, but it's what I can think of now). If it said "Battlecry: If you hold at least two spells, gain Taunt." - It's easier to accomplish (maybe?), but lacks every bit of flavour. I really think falvour gets you far.
Oh and Kovachut, I couldn't help but give you a vote, mainly because of the "flavour text" :D

Always thought WANTED! was a weird spell to give to a specific class anyway. Thoughts?
I'm not a fan of neither of them. The effects themselves nor the flavor are too interesting.
If I had to choose, I'd go with Ancient Seer.

wow, I like this one so much. amazing flavor, and decent effect.
Rejoice, for even in death, you have become children of Thanos.
dude... way to OP. Coin and doubleShadowstep on turn 1!?!?!?!

I loved the artwork and the use of heavy artillery fire!

Ahm, if a player casts a spell, the spell can be countered with the aforementioned examples. However when a minion does it, those things don't work.
Is this oky ?
i dont know if its oky to use this Art or not ...
The art is ok. In fact, it's really good.
However, I'm not sure if tokens are allowed.
Also, as it is a legendary, you should invent a name for your character. Baron Deadfin or something like that would do the trick.
Oh, and Horseman shouldn't be in italics.
Good luck with the competition!
I like the idea of Forward Observer, but I feel it's unbalanced. Maybe if you make it a 6-mana 4/4 and change the text to read any minion instead of just enemy minions.
Or a 6 mana 0/15, just for the flavor of it.
