I lost to a guy who put Lorewalker Cho in his Libram Paladin deck. It was actually genius, he used Cho to fill up my hand with un-discounted Libram of Wisdoms, so I milled a card and then had to play some of the Librams before I could kill Cho. I messaged him afterwards to gush over how creative the idea was, even if it wasn't very competitive.

Now i don't say it's a good situation when two powerhouses fight each other and the rest is way below them.
I think it's more of this. Rogue and DH don't need big nerfs, just a couple of tweaks to make the power level a bit more consistent. There are always going to be "tier x" decks because not everything can be perfectly balanced. Right now rogue and DH are just too consistent at beating the rest of the of the field. So I'm not going to thank DH players...in fact I think they are the worst since it's basically an easy legend climb right now.
I actually think that it would be a good idea to buff other classes instead of nerfing those 2. give them more tools to be competitive
It would set the bar for future cards way to high. Right now we can at least hope that with the next rotation the overall power level will go down a bit. After they started making other cards even more powerful to dethrone the existing ones it would be way too hard for them to ever go back.
This happened with rastakan rumble the op cards rotated and they lowered the power level and everybody was salty that the power of cards was to low.
I wasn't salty. I really enjoyed the low-power meta of RoS and SoU. Then the dragons turned up and wrecked everything...
As for Demon Hunter, I don't mind it so much. I think Skull of Guldan is still a problem, and will only become more of a problem as more sets are released, but right now it's only oppressive because of how it enables Altruis. Likewise I don't find Rogue to be too unpleasant. The only deck I truly hate playing against is Dragon Hunter.

Congrats mate! I'm at Diamond 3 right now, trying to grind out some wins with Galakrond Warlock. Maybe I'll join you in Legend by midnight tomorrow.

I was just one turn away from winning a close against Galakrond Warrior, and my game froze. By the time I'd closed the app and gone back into it I'd lost. I have never raged so hard at this fucking game.

You dont have enough expierence to use galakrond warlock, and u were lucky with priest because its just too easy deck to play thats why u win more games, but in the end warlock and rogue dont have much problems vs priest
Well I played Galakrond Warlock from bronze 10 up to diamond 5 with a pretty solid winrate. I'm not saying I'm the best player out there but I'm not bad. My luck just completely turned when I hit that threshold, I never seemed to draw the cards I needed. As for Galakrond Priest being easy to play, have you actually tried it?

I spent three days trying to climb from diamond 5 up to legend with Galakrond Warlock, supposedly a tier 1 deck before the nerfs, and I got nowhere. I couldn't even string two wins together. Today I switched to a Galakrond Priest deck I threw together for fun and won 5 games in a row. This deck isn't highlander, it doesn't have the resurrection package, it's just board clears and value generators. And apparently it can't lose. I beat three Galakrond Rogues easily, and that's meant to be the best deck in the game right now. I'm pretty sure this should not be happening.

I've never got to legend before, but I just hit diamond 5 with Galakrond Warlock and I'm feeling optimistic. I know it'll be a tough climb because fighting my way up from diamond 10 was awful, but I'm not going to give up.

Fuck Altruis, fuck the people who play him, fuck the people who designed him, I hope they all stub their toe so hard they think it might be broken.

I used it in my anti-DH warlock for the first couple of days, and it actually won me some games because DH doesn't have hard removal. I'd keep it if I were you. You never know whatkind of synergies we'll see in future

I just won a real nail-biting game playing Malygos Druid against an aggro DH deck. Ended up having to gamble on him not being able to clear a 12 health minion with 5 cards in hand, and luckily he couldn't. Afterwards the DH player added me as a friend, told I was 'just lucky' because he didn't draw Skull of Guldan, then deleted me before I could answer. Nothing makes me happy like the salty tears of aggro players.

I've been playing a lot of Galakrond Warlock on ladder, partly to counter the Demon Hunters but also because I really enjoy it. My question to the more experienced deck builders is, is it too greedy to include two copies of Expired Merchant? I just feel like I don't have enough big value bombs to go up against all the priests on the ladder, but if I can fill the board with demons three turns in a row then maybe they'll run out of removal.

I put together a Malygos Druid deck using the new imprisoned minion, but I got my face smashed in by Demon Hunters one too many times and gave up on it. Unfortunately my pack openings were pretty bad so I don't have many interesting new cards to play with.

I could see them nerfing Priestess and Battlefiend, but why do you think those other cards are too strong? They seem fine to me.

i hate this community. demon hunter was too hard (thinking needed in plays) and strong so people wanted it nerfed. people are dumb
Sorry, but that's a ridiculous thing to say. Yesterday I saw (and sometimes lost to) DH players who barely understood how to play the game. They were making more misplays than I'd ever seen anyone make, to the point where I wondered if someone had left their toddler in front of the computer, and they were still winning. DH, in the state it was in yesterday, was not a class that requied skill.
