With Rougue being as it is, returning this to their hand multiple times... should this be nerfed?
Something simple like "Charge. Battlecry: Summon two 1/1 Whelps for your opponent. After this attacks, it dies. Honorably.".
Just so it doesn't affect the other classes as much.

or just remove the whelps and make him die

Or just summon one Whelp, but with Taunt, so its harder to OTK

Remember, your opponents always have this card in their hand at any given moment
