It's definitely clear to me that Jade Rogue is the best of the three. Druid and Shaman have AOE and heals, but Rogue is much faster at pumping out golems, which seems to trump any AOE and heals throughout the course of the game. Throw in N'Zoth for late game and you're now even better against control and midrange. It's already pretty fair against aggro because Rogue can (finally) match their speed at minion output. If you can't rush them quick enough, you die to lack of heals pure and simple, so that's the downside. Still the most well suited class to run the golem style imo, regardless of lack of heals/taunts. I'm actually very favored against Pirate Warrior with my list, I'll have to upload it soon and change the outdated deck in my sig.
You have a rogue list that is, and I quote, "very favored against Pirate Warrior"?
I actually don't believe that, but feel free to post the list.

Jade Idol is already barely playable, why would you want to nerf it?
After LOE I played a few hundred games of Raptor Rogue and had good success with it. The one thing people got wrong about the deck was try and make it a control deck, when it had to be a fast tempo deck with lots of spells to win. I see Jade Rogue with a similar model. Back then Nerubian Egg into Unearthed Raptor was the dream and now Jade Swarmer will fill that role. The Gang Up, Shadowcaster, Sylvanas Windrunner and other tricks are just too slow. N'Zoth, the Corruptor may be worth throwing in but other than that I would top it out at Aya Blackpaw.

Because this site is almost exclusively home to people who like greedy control and combo decks?

To quote Savjz on his stream: "I like to play slow decks, jade idol is pretty much the end of that".

the only card that i'm unsure is if actually shadowcaster is better than azure:
given that you want multiples of the same card as much as possible for the fastest ramp up, azure stands a "chance" to get you a jade card, or something other, like a removal.
similary, shadowcaster has a "chance" to produce a second copy of a card. given that people remove jade spirit on sight, you are still left with jade swarmer and aya. Aya in particular is not often removed in the late game.
So, the overall thing is: which is more likely in the mid game? to have a swarmer/aya on board, or to draw one. which is tough to answer, because it really depends on the match up.
so far i'm holding a 60% win rate with azures in 30games, after 50 or so game i'll probably switch to casters to check it out.
To quote Savjz on his stream: "I like to play slow decks, jade idol is pretty much the end of that".
To quote me on the internet: "If you want to be greedy, don't whine when you lose."
Slow decks aren't necessarily greedy. Though I don't agree with Savjz, well not yet. Jade idol is druid only (mostly baring some crazy tri class discover things). Unless Jade Druid becomes as dominant as things like Miracle Rogue, Patron Warrior or Combo Druid was in the past then it's not likely going to "kill" off slow or greedy decks. It'll just check them.
Honestly I would be worried over Jade Rogue in general than Jade Idol. Many times Jade Rogue can produce the same results as Jade Druid in respects to the board state but faster. Cards like Gang Up give enough longevity to the deck to beat out heavy control or greedy decks. They don't need to go "infinite". At some point Jade Idol's usefulness drops sharply because you are well past the point of needing more Jade Idols and you just win instead. So it's ability to "go infinite" is overkill. This is why I am coming around to liking Gang Up Jade Rogue better. It's a bit faster than Jade Druid and still boasts enough staying power in the late game to simply outlast control decks ability to play control. It also has less issues with High amounts of pressure than Jade Druid in my experience.
Does anyone have a good list? This is my version, but my winrate atm is about 50% in standard (rank 10). I even feel Aya is too slow without Heal, AoE or Ramp so I changed her to an Earthen Ring (so much SMOrk smh). Does the Gang Up version work?
i would cut farseer and replace him with defender. due to the stickiness of your board you more often than not have targets, plus, since PW doesn't trade, it is quite a bit better for that match up compared to farseer.
same thing for finley. too slow imo and you already have plenty of 1 drops for combo initiators.
Aya is perfect for the deck,, really ups the win rate. she is far from being slow:
the goal is to never lose board, so getting sticky minion+battlecry minion gives enough board presence. she furthers pushes us vs slower match ups like renolock and etc since she deters board clears. i would cut 1 5 drop for her, you don't need 3, 2 are enough.
2 shadowstrikes seem overkill: they really only shine vs dragon priest. vs druid sapping his high cost jades is better, vs renolock sapping his shambler is better, vs shaman sapping his white eyes is better, etc. I personally run 1sap 1 strike, to keep me covered vs priest and shaman.
you need FoK, you lack cycle as it is. in the current meta, i find FoK better than skulker, not that many shamans.
my own nzoth list that i have 60-65% winrate atm is:
(note: xaril should really be replaced with 2nd argus, but i find him too much fun to replace him^^, plus he occasionally brings forth a crazy turn through toxins. Also, you can safely run 1 azure/1caster imo, especially in a non-nzoth list. i just like the cycle and they go well with double FoK)

I was watching a guy from my friend list playing Jade Rogue in Legend, he basically dropped the Swashburglars, the Earthen Ring and the Hucksters for Aya, Loot Hoarders and Mistress of Mixtures. Seemed to do pretty well against Pirate Warrior, Reno's and Jade Druid :p
mistress is a bit more defensive overall.
it should help vs PW but it does more harm vs druid where you want to have the initiative. same for renos, especially renolock, you don't want to give them 2 more free taps than what they get already

So much this. I also had success with a tempo oriented Raptor deck after LoE. My Jade Golem attempts have all topped out at Aya Blackpaw.
Try this list and tell me what you think, it was an easy winstreak for me, destroys Jade druid, blows a hole in Dragon priest's chest and has even match-ups against Mid-range shammans, plus can hold its ground against slower decks like control Warrior thanks to golem cards being annoyingly sticky. and it can also get tempo against pirate Warrior, the only bad match-ups are against hunters which are heavily unfavored, and tempo mage which are slightly unfavored.
i cutted all the slow things that do nothing by themselves like Shadowcaster or Brann and play it as a tempo deck.
edit: sorry for not posting it on hearthpwn, it was just way easier to screenshot it xD.

how do you deal with pirate warrior?
you don't.
I'm sorry, but this deck is just bad. Rogue is bad.

you outtempo the deck, mulligan hard for the cheap removals and SI 7 agent. and don't try to save stuff for greedy plays, you'll use shuriken without combo if you need it and you'll use raptor in t3 even if there's nothing to copy, swarmer also removes at least 1 pirate and msot pirate warriors don't really like spending weapon charges in weaker golems so they'll also double as removal,

And what about drawing? I try to find a good balance in this deck and sometimes I get VERY good tempo, but run out of cards... I'm thinking Gadgetzan Auctioneer, but it makes the deck more miracle-esque.

It's not by far the best, but it's pretty decent now for Rogue.
