The Best Performing Brawliseum Decks for Miniature Warfare
We're sharing the best decks you want to take to the Brawliseum in this week's Tavern Brawl. The stakes are high and there is much gold to be earned for good performance - an excellent benefit to your wallet pre-expansion. Let's get to those decks!
Sharknado Rogue
The better of the two Shark rogues decks for consistency.

More Expensive Shark Rogue
Way different than the first, this deck uses board flooding elements which make for some great trades into the enemy 1/1s.

OTK Malygos & Velen Priest
It isn't a week of miniature warfare without Malygos nonsense!

OTK Hunter
Solid amounts of control, disgusting amount of tokens and revives that will buff up your Scavenging Hyena. Tundra Rhino so good.

Hemet Mecha'thun Abuse
If you haven't heard, there's a wonderful combo that insta-wins a game early on. Mulligan for Hemet, Jungle Hunter. Play the card, play the remaining Mecha'thun in your deck (he doesn't get destroyed) followed by Cataclysm.
This combo could always be disabled so if you don't have the cards, craft at your own risk.

Brawliseum Stream
KiwiiNbacon is streaming the brawl. Mature language warning.
I went 12-1 with a battlecry damage Shudderwock. Basically, you run Seaforium Bomber, Explodinator, Lifedrinker, Kalimos, Primal Lord, and Nightblade to damage their face, along with Bog Slosher, Grumble, Worldshaker and Zola the Gorgon to bounce your minions. You survive with Giggling Inventor, Bonemare, and Kobold Apprentice.
Man I just grinded 53 packs 3000g and 1500 dust from that brawl, how it can be stupid? XD
So what happens if I dont finish my matches tonight will blizzard compensate like they do with the arena?
Im surprised I saw no other player that played OTK shudderwock. I had fun, too bad it is almost over
if your OTK deck can't kill me, just concede. please stop wasting our time playing a butt load of cards for no reason
activision boy downvotes negative comments about brawl lul
the worst brawl like current meta. Stupid boring and disguisting. Developers or balancers had to ban cards like Malygos, Alextraza, shark totem and bonemare. But they didnt. Nice brawl (sarcasm) where all play 2-3 decks which kill u on turn 3. Nice activision (bc old blizzard has gone)
This brawl is awful. I already hated Brawliseum, but the modifier chosen just makes it worse.
this brawl is awful, i can't understand why blizzard always do the same, mistake by mistake are killing this game, i hope a good next expansion else the game is going to die.
This brawl with rogue is broken, not even bit of fun.
Kripps stream really showed how dumb most of these shark rogue players are. can't say in a nice way. it's really sad.
It seems to be Shark Rogue and Maly Rogue only haha
Stupid brawl.. everyone is playing the same stupid boring shark rogue.. nothing is fun about it..
and they say brawl is a fun mode with some creativity..
I feel like this format really punishes the casual player. I don't have all the cards, nor a lot of gold/dust, and I'm sure a lot of players fall in to this category. Extreme openings cause a steep learning curve which requires a few attempts to get a handle on. With my first 3 games all against the same deck, there's nothing compelling me to keep playing (much like the current state of standard). Part of the fun of these types of modes is experimentation and deck creation, which really is not economical if you don't have accumulated resources. At this point it seems you either join them or play a deck that tries to counters them.
Either way, I'm sure it's fun for those that can feel free to throw a few hundred gold away trying some different decks and getting competitive. You can't necessarily appeal to all categories of player with every brawl.
I'm a player with a big free-to-play earned collection and above average skill (legend back to back 12 months in a row at least)... and this brawl really hooked me up.
On the first attempt I didn't read anything and jammed in the holy wrath + brewmasters paladin from standard thinking that it's just the usual brawliseum... I ended up 3:3 because I wasn't really able to compete against those decks which try to capitalize on 1/1 interactions.
But it actually motivated me to try a lot of things. I would describe myself as a pretty creative player so that's why I didn't go along with the mainstream and so far I haven't even played the rogue deck on my main account.... I tried odd fatigue warrior (I really recommend it - 7:3 for me and it was a lot of fun)... echo warlock (in which I unfortunately forgot healing... so eventhough glinda + hooked reaver is a powerful play... I often times got burned out, I tried exodia mage which also has a lot of potential and can kill people on turn 5.... and board flood shaman did also pretty well.
To summ it up. I did have fun while not playing any of the decks listed up here on this page. Yes, I had to have quite a lot of cards on my account in order to try so many. But it's not hard to find broken interactions even in a smaller pool of cards. Maybe instead of complaining about balance, you should try find those synergies among the cards you have. Let's say glinda + hooked reaver... or questing adventurer + echo cards - especially phantom millitia... or dragonmaw scorcher + king mosh )
Such a creative premise, sad that rogue is broken.
Deathspeaker on a blood trall sapper then lord godfrey played with a cubed violent wurm is a hilarious turn 5 OTK
i would be willing to experiment with a whole lot of stuff. make this a regular tavern brawl and it's all good. the grind for easy coins with "shark rogue" just makes it not fun. and i like to have fun.
i'm not saying that players that don't focus on deck building are idiots. they are not. but i am saying that ppl that are spamming "wow" "thank you" "greetings" while playing a completely brain dead highroll deck might have some deficiencies.
Pure aids this brawl. Thanks for the pack tho (3 time concede)
You can use any standard card in this brawl.
Stupid answer. Bwonsamdi doesn't work, the card's stats change once in the hand, not in the deck.
