i crafted him day 1 too , its pretty ironic that blizzard havent printed a single 'if you played an elemental last turn' card since ungoro , and gave elemental synergie dk to mage and is making mage the main elemental class

Yeah and I've tried both elemental shaman and elemental mage at rank 5 and Legend and NEITHER of them have worked. My Servant of Kalimos is very sad :(

someone will never understand mental pain until he have to play a Servant of Kalimos without activating its battlecry , and my Servant of Kalimos  battlecry is discover a Air Elemental or Fire Plume Harbinger or a Volatile Elemental

This guy plays a key role in my overload elemental shaman deck. Snowfury Giant and Unbound Elemental gave me the idea. Sure, it's not a great list, but it's great fun! also, it's cool to see people amazed when they find out I'm not playing token shaman.

Elemental Shaman staple for sure. Very fun and versatile card to play. :)

 I've pulled this guy three times! twice as a regular one, and once as golden. I dusted them every time, since I don't really play shaman. I open another pack today, and what do I get? My fourth Kalimos.

Guess I kinda have to keep him, if nothing else so that he stops being pulled every time!

probably cuz it's late game, they draw it into their hand before or on turn 8, or they keep it in opening hand

This card is good, but not meta-defining...noone is playing elemental shaman right now :-(

imo this is like a swiss army knife for shamans, you want board  clear you got it, you want board fill you have it you want damage to face you got it and you want to heal yorself you got it

A good card hampered by the poor showing of shaman so far.

I don't really play Shaman, but I love this card's intro so much. Favorite intro from the expansion for sure.

Got this bad guy in a pack right after fortune cookie promised me huge luck... Well I have a decent elemental shaman deck now, well I suppose cookie didn't lie...

IMPORTANT FACT ABOUT INVOCATIONS: even though they DON'T benefit from spell damage, they DO trigger healing effect from Hallazeal the Ascended!

I get the feeling this inconsistency is a bug, but I really hope Blizzard chooses to remedy it by giving the invocations spell damage bonuses and NOT by removing the Hallazeal synergy.

I think Hallazeal synergy is intended... Hallazeal was always working like that, he actually negates Burrowing Mine and Ancient Curse by healing you immediately, and that was happening for a year already, why fix it now?
