The Fight
- The Headless Horseman starts off with 30 Health. His hero power, Slash, deals random damage to your side of the field.
- Many of the cards in the Headless Horseman's deck are able to deal AoE damage to you - gross!
- After defeating the Headless Horseman, he removes his head (Headless Horseman's Head), a 2/35 minion.
- His head deals 2 damage randomly split to your side of the field at the start of each of his turns.
- Destroying the head, as indicated on the card text, wins you the game.

Discuss This Week's Brawl
Head on over to our dedicated discussion thread over on our Tavern Brawl forum.
Aha! Nice one :)
I quite enjoyed this brawl :p
Good shit man!
Not even double Millhouse :\
Gj!
nice brawl
Tricky, but quite doable!
Pro tip: Choose witch, and save your big Taunt minions for the second phase. Spam as many spirit wolves as you can to bait him into using Fear. After that he's practically a joke.
It counted up my "play 10 weapons" quest even though I was the witch...?
Pretty easy brawl don't have enough time to try the other classes. Pirates were OP
Did anybody else get some major performance hitches with this Brawl, or maybe it's just me?
Such a bad brawl, I was looking forward to having fun and completing my quests for classes I don't play on ladder but no. Not only is this a bad brawl but it wastes your time so much that it's infuriating just to start a new game and try again with other classes. Don't bother picking pirate, no way you can keep up with him, he'll just dominate early game and remove anything you put on board when you try to catch up. Sad attempt, bad brawl.
Pirates was the easiest of the bunch. I steam rolled him with the pirate deck and Captain Cookie.
I like this brawl, something new.
Turns out when you get King Mosh from Infest it's pretty easy to win.
Horsemen copies his own head into his deck and then drawn it... when I killed one of the heads second one laughed but I didn’t need to kill second one...
Pirate-Murloc hybrid decks, here we come!
What makes you think Captain Cookie is gonna be in the new set? Chances are cards in Tavern Brawls don't make it into the actual game. There were a lot of good cards in the Blackrock Mountain brawl that could've been actual cards that didn't make it in.
Anyone else thinks Witchcraft might be a new mechanic in a upcoming expansion? I think it kinda cool mechanic that if you have more mana effect is different, it's strategic and you are in control of it (kinda like combo in gadgetzan ferryman).
It's a great mechanic. We haven't seen too many mana sinks in Hearthstone due to Hero Powers always being present. There was Inspire which was a bonus on top of your Hero Power (a natural mana sink), and there's the Forbidden spells, and that's it. Probably not in the next set, but I would like to see it later down the line.
