Best Un'Goro Standard Decks for End of Season Ladder Climbing
So it's the end of the season and you're wanting to increase that rank to flex at your friends and better the contents in that loot chest. We're going to give you some of the best Un'Goro decks to play right now so you don't have to idle at Rank 18.
So let's jump right into things. Below are our top 5 decks that you should be playing right now on the Standard ladder.
Pirate Warrior
We know. You're as disappointed as we are that Pirate Warrior continues to go on a ladder rampage but if you just want some easy aggro wins, this is your calling. Bonus points for making people angry and for not really requiring much out of Un'Goro.
For you non-pirates out there, if you are encountering a lot of Pirate Warrior, tech in Golakka Crawler into your deck and eat them pirates for breakfast. Omnomnom.

Aggro Murlocadin
Cheap? Nope. Awesome? Yes.
I felt a little dirty playing this deck on ladder but it really does help gain ranks quick early on when people simply don't expect the onslaught of Murlocs, and even later if you can pilot it well. Definitely check out the guide within the deck if you're new to the archetype, it's invaluable!

Midrange Hunter
Some may disagree with the pick as there are a few really good Hunter variants out there right now, but this one specifically is cheap on dust and will take you places. You're likely going to want tech in at least a Golakka Crawler into the deck if you're encountering Pirates; You could safely ditch a Hunter's Mark.

Quest Rogue
There's been many variations of this deck over the past few weeks and overall it's been doing pretty well on the ladder winning games super fast if the cards are in your favor. If you've cracked open The Caverns Below, and have a little extra dust to spare, you should give the deck a shot.

Aggro Druid
Read the guide, it's awesome and goes into great, mind-blowing depth to help you pilot the deck. Oh and as the deck author has said, if you're fighting Taunt Warriors a lot, this might not be the deck for you.

Bonus: What Rank Are You Currently?
We're wondering whereabouts you're at on the Hearthstone ladder right now. Let us know with this super scientific poll.
Thank you for promoting aggro decks.
If everyone's playing Aggro decks on the final day, then you can farm wins off of them by using Taunt Warrior. Think m8, think.
another pirate warrior involved season. Tired of this sh*t. ^_^
You are aware that it's pretty easy to beat them, right?
You can beat them with the midrange hunter list.
I did that yesterday, the warrior went low steam on turn 6 or 7, with no card in hand. I was at 8 HP, him at 25... Pretty fun to see him inable to kill my adapted Rhino.
Thank you for promoting cancer, Hearthpwn. Truly, you are glorious in Ben Brode's sight.
You could highlight at least one truly midrange/control deck, really Hearthpwn
The point of the end-of-season ladder climb is to play as many games as possible in the shortest amount of time. Playing an aggressive deck will either win quick or lose quick. If you stack up a winrate of >50%, then eventually you'll gain net stars, and that'll happen much faster if you play an aggressive deck.
If you play Freeze Mage on the final days, where games probably take up to 30minutes a pop, you probably won't have much growth compared to if you piloted something with more speed.
Also read the article again, there's Midrange Hunter featured.
I reaIIy wish BIizzard wouId change the ranking system so that fast games did not transIate into faster ranking.
agree aggro is the best in current meta.
playing control easy get punish by mid range huntard.
you will also loses to greedy control, gimmick deck, RNG feast deck. Really waste of time. 10 hours job become 30 hours job.
People will always find excuses to play aggro. Now they complain about quest rogues, but If the meta will slow down - Jade Druid will emerge again and pirate players will say again - it's impossible to win with control against this cancer, that's why we play face decks. Bull-shit.
Wrong. Last season i played Renolock and only Renolock. Got my first time legend. That deck beated anything, from greedy control throu jades to aggros. Yes, pirates too.
Do you know about paragraphs?
Murloc Paladin is so damn strong. Making murloc finally see play in a consistently tier 1 deck is nothing short of a miracle. But it might just become oppressive enough. And Hungry Crab while being a great tech, is utterly useless against every other deck so... will be very interesting to see how the meta shifts based around this deck.
great! all aggro deck.. since the "if your deck has no duplicates" rotated, why I should play control..
fast ladder, fast match up..
wp blizz.. maybe the next expansion you can make all class "if your deck has no duplicates" legendary..
All of the other classes already hit higher ranks. I've been playing Ranks 1-3 over the last week and see the widest variety of classes and deck archetypes at high ranks ever.
If you think WIld is better - don't. I'm playing with Miracle Rogue and once you get on winstreak - it's PirateWar, PirateWar, PirateWar. Disgusting.
Then play 2 Crawler! Where is your problem?
If you facing a lot of deck X and you don't play cards against this deck, it's your own fault. o_O
