A New Legendary Crafting Tier List Has Appeared!
The ratings in the thread are more than my opinion, they are opinions of people I know, myself and popular Steamers such as Trump, Reynad, Sjow, etc. I am ranking the Cards in Tiers/Brackets I am doing this because it is impossible to rate them from 1 to X.
This is not a tier list of the best Legendaries, this is a Crafting Tier list. This list is used to find out which Legendaries to craft and Disenchant. Arena and non-competitive play have no bearing on this list.
I have arranged the Legendaries this way to not only show their importance in constructed but also to inform readers on how/why they are useful. If you have any questions about the tier list ask them, if you believe the tier list should be changed in any way, PM me.
Remember: If you would like to know what Legendary to craft, please include the decks you play and the decks you are going to play. This is necessary and someone can help you a lot easier.

Introduction
The purpose of this thread is to give new moderators an overview of how to handle situations that arise on the forums. Unlike the Introduction to Moderating and Tools on HearthPwn Guideof awesome, this thread will be more focused on specific issues and typical moderator precedent. As Hearthstone grows, there are bound to be new, unforeseeable changes in player attitudes and relevant problems, so as new issues arise, we will add them here for future reference.

Procedure
There are several steps a moderator can take to fully assess a situation on the forums.
User Profile
It's usually a good idea to check the user profile first because it gives you access to not only the user's other posts but also to their previous warning and ban records.
Users who have a history of misbehaving on the forums should receive stricter punishments, or formal warnings, more often than those who are consistently angelic.
Control Panel Profile
You'll get a more advanced view by going to the control panel and searching for the user. This will give you access to profile pictures, signatures, IP lists and much more! Most of the time this is more information than you'll need, but in certain cases it can be incredibly useful.
Slack
If you're ever not sure of what to do about a particular situation, ask in the group chat! There are normally other moderators around who may have an opinion on how the handle the situation.

FAQ
Welcome to the FAQ! Here you will find quick answers to some common questions about what to do in scenarios that arise frequently on HearthPwn.
Note: When in Doubt...
Remember that this FAQ section (and this thread, for that matter) cannot possibly answer every possible question or scenario that may arise. If you find yourself questioning what to do, do not hesitate to ask in Slack. This is why we have it.
What Level of Profanity is Acceptable?
Our job is not to make HearthPwn family-friendly or G-rated. That being said, when dealing with potentially toxic language on the forums, always consider the following:
In the first case, any post attacking or insulting another user is unacceptable. If there is a disagreement, we expect users to be constructive in their debates (e.g. "ur dumb" vs. "Actually, I think playing Northshire Cleric on turn 1 prevents you from ensuring its maximum value").
Group insults and slurs--religious, political, ethnic, or otherwise--are also unacceptable. Oftentimes hostile users will target a specific group of players (e.g. "Shaman players") and make generalizations about them. In this case, the language used is key in deciding whether or not action is warranted.
Excessive profanity can also detract from the quality of a post. If a user's profanity muddles their point or distracts from the thread topic, an edit is probably the best course of action.
How old does a thread have to be for it to be necro-able?
This question is already discussed in this thread. Here is the main point to be considered:
Are threads offering coaching allowed?
The HearthPwn site rules state the following:
When dealing with threads/posts about coaching, you should first determine if the poster is charging for the service. This is not allowed. However, there is no problem with a user offering free coaching.
A user is posting their deck links on other threads. What should I do?

A warning seems too harsh. I wouldn't mind implementing this in the warning dialogue, however, provided that we could change the text of the automated PM sent. The subject line should not be "warning received", and there shouldn't be a way or need to appeal these. Like Hazem said, we don't need to deal with people thinking their accounts have been marked for something this minor.
Perhaps another solution would be to have automatic PMs sent to users when their threads get moved. I think they currently get notifications but that's not as noticeable.

The kind of decks that have traditionally fallen into General Deck Building have been, for example, "Murloc decks" or "budget decks"---i.e. not class specific but perhaps theme-specific and possibly whole collections of decks. There are probably too few of these to merit their own forum, and it would probably encourage people to be more directed in their approach on what to share if the class forums were the only option. Additionally, GDB is confusing and probably looks appealing to users since it's unmoderated and mostly any kind of content is allowed.
There does seem to be some decent content in the GDB forum, though. Deck building guides and fun decks would fall into this category. Just a quick glance over at the forum indicates that these are in the minority, but they wouldn't necessarily fit into a class forum, and I would hesitate to toss them in General Discussion.
The pros of ditching the GDB forum outweigh the cons in my opinion, but we would need some consensus on what to do with guides/decks that don't have a specific class in mind. Like Asuryan pointed out, this is tricky because if we aren't all clear on it, we can't expect anyone else to be.

I enjoyed playing this deck on ladder:
Honestly some of the most fun I've had playing as Shaman. Elemental Destruction is a really fun card, but the overload penalty is really harsh if you have no followup. With Lava Shock, it's mitigated, but also Volcanic Drake works really well with it.
Not sure how good it is outside of ladder, but I've had some success with it when I'm playing Paladin after paladin...

I suggest replying to one of the many threads already open on this topic instead of starting your own.

The Hearthstone team said the free pack was just for Tavern Brawl's "launch event" initially, which was an unspecified period of time. Frankly I'm surprised packs are still being awarded at all after so many weeks :P
