Posted in: QuestadinTook out a Kodo and put in Mukla. He seems really fitting in this deck, and allows you to mulligan the quest more often and use up to two spells on minions before you play the quest later.
That's a great idea - I will try it! -

Trimutius posted a message on Voodoo DollPosted in: Voodoo DollCan be pinged with hero power in Mage.
Can be pinged with DK hero power in:
Mage, priest, Warlock, WarriorFollowing standard cards kill it immidiately or "enable" it (I don't include the ones that would be a waste or were never used, I do include any Witchwood cards though, as we don't know for sure whether those are good or bad, But I don't assume that card would just be included to enable the doll, it should be useful even without the doll, also only 7 or less mana.):
Druid:
Moonfire - reduces combo potential, but hey druids lack big removal
Wrath
Lesser Jasper Spellstone
Hunter:
Flanking Strike
Houndmaster Shaw
Mage:
Dragon's Fury
Paladin:
Spikeridged Steed - silence bait, but oh well
Priest:
Shadow Word: Pain - this cards often useless in late game, this guy might make it relevant
Holy Smite
Auchenai Soulpriest - need to combine with hero power or Circle of Healing
Spirit Lash
Holy Water - it would work kinda
Rogue:
Backstab
SI:7 Agent
Doomerang - what if you haven't buffed your Kingsbane enough yet.
Cheap Shot
Shaman:
Fire Elemental - rather than dealing 3 damage you get a guaranteed kill for just 3 extra mana
Warlock:
Hellfire
Mortal Coil
Shadowflame
Demonfire - +2/+2 is sometimes not enough.
Ravenous Pterrordax - might be too slow for zoo though
Defile
Lesser Amethyst Spellstone
Dark Pact
Lord Godfrey - well the huge one can survive, also activator both ways
Warrior:
Whirlwind
Brawl
Slam - for emergencies
Shield Slam - sometimes you just don't have enough armor
Inner Rage - well I mean Doll can be kinda a backup for Execute in this combo decks
Blood Razor
Deadly Arsenal - probably a bad combo, but we don't know yet
Warpath
Neutral:
Baron Geddon - though you probably still just want to ping with your Jaina instead, but works for emergencies.
Defender of Argus
Wild Pyromancer - needs a spell though
Fire Plume Phoenix
Spiritsinger Umbra -

CalibanHS posted a message on Deadly ArsenalPosted in: Deadly ArsenalMan what the hell, first warrior gets a worse Defile in Warpath, now they get a worse Dragon's Fury. You literally have to play at least 3 high attack weapons in Arcanite Reaper and Gorehowl with it, good luck actually using them. And better yet, this card is useless if you draw them, so you absolutely have to run Dead Man's hand, which is also useless.
Stop beating a dead dog Blizzard, control warrior needs better cards and should not be paying for the sins of Dragons and Pirates.

BearBrilliams posted a message on Woodcutter's AxePosted in: Woodcutter's Axeit's still playable. Ever since warrior lost Fiery War Axe to the nerf, they've lacked early 2 mana weapon. While not as strong as Fiery War Axe, its still weapon able to clear many early minions.
And considering how 3 out of 4 warrior minions have rush, they're clearly pushing rush warrior style of deck. There should not be problem to get value out of deathrattle too. -

TrillmaticC posted a message on Darius CrowleyPosted in: Darius CrowleyOne of the most underrated cards of the set so far IMO. Sure it's not flashy but it's easy to use and does something immediately... This > Lady in White tbh; let's wait and see which one will end up more useful.

Grand Slam
The Unstoppable Force
Control warrior is fucking back with this card! As a player who only plays control war, I absolutely love it.

Yeah, that'd be the best case. I guess Warpath and the upgraded hero power return are what we have to work with so far.

Completely agree

Exactly what I was going to comment as well. Shaman and Warrior are by far the two worst classes atm, and these rush cards don't really seem that strong. Really hoping I'm wrong.

Replacement for Hemet?

It's a good deck, but like with any control warrior list in this meta, you will still have a (relatively) tough time. Games are hard and long, and require a lot of thought and planning ahead against other control decks. You will often experience games that are just downright unfair, due to the amazing card-generation options that other classes have available (Priest and Mage), which allow them to create new win-conditions that you simply can't build against. Dead Man's Hand is added to give you a better chance against these decks, and enables you to go the distance into fatigue. However, DMH isn't a very consistent card, as you can both draw it early or get unlucky with your draw when you are forced to use it.
By all means, play this deck, as it is both rewarding and fun for the control fanatic. But keep in mind that inexperienced control warrior players will struggle, and that other control decks would yield better results in a shorter amount of time.
A side note: Fibonacci's original list had 2xSlam, instead of the battle rage. I'd recommend using the slams.

I looked through his vods since the K&C release, can't find him playing this deck. Any source?
Either way, definitely trying this deck, though I have my doubts.

Still starts dormant. Notice only the candle-part is a battlecry.

By the wrath of Hellscream, pirate warriors will pay, even if it will cost me my remaining weapons, armor and life. They will pay.

With the addition of Skulking Geist you could beat the BEST and most popular deck 60% of the time. Seems like a nobrainer. Not sure what you meant by "Druids have not much taunts", cause you listed them all afterwards...? And with Spreading Plague, your N'Zoth is easily countered. You can definitely improve your WR by playing smart with coldlights, but in my experience Geist is a necessary evil.
