I think without question my top 2 are Kingsbane and Carnivorous Cube. both are fun, combo-oriented cards. I'd have a tough time expanding to a top 5 or top 10 because there are a bunch of other cards after these that are all relatively equal in my mind.

Aluneth, because I love the aggro freeze mage archetype and that card single handedly changed it from a niche deck to an actual competitive one in wild. Carnivorous Cube also gave birth to a deck that I find extremely interesting, so I will include that too.
real talk though, if I had to pick one i'd probs go for Rin, The first disciple. I like destroying opponents deck and I think this card is a lot better than people thought it was going to be, it did seem super slow at first having to pay 5 mana each time for the seals, but it seems to work pretty well still and it's fun so has my vote.
I like Branching Paths and Elven Minstrel, because they are well costed draw with additional application. Candleshot is a nice earlygame tool for Hunter and Kathrena is a fun build around card, which so far couldn't be exploited too much. Homunculus is just a beautifully simple and fair card.
While not a top-tier card, Geosculptor Yip is super fun. Pulling Tirion or Ragnaros can be game-changing.
Rhok'delar and the deck it spawned is very enjoyable, and I still can't believe I would come to that conclusion.
To pair with the above, Wandering Monster is now my favorite Secret in the entire game. I constantly pull great stuff from that card: King Mukla, Greedy Sprite, etc. Like, whatever three-drop I need in the moment, it gives me.

Behold, foolish interlopers! I am commanding this mortal to spread the will of the Scourge throughout the interwebs, encouraging you to seek out me, Archlich Kel'Thuzad! Now coming to you as the tenth class of Hearthstone!
I am a finalist in this Class Creation Competition, so if you could give it a look I would be greatly appreciative <3
Spiteful Summoner and Grand Archivist are my current favorite cards from this expansion. I've already tried using them in four classes (Priest, Paladin, Hunter, Warrior) and its so much fun to see big spells in your deck that aren't normally used. Definitely these two cards encourage a whole new type of deck building.

Quit complaining and just have fun with this game!
I think the stand-out card design-wise this expansion is Lesser Amethyst Spellstone. It's such an ingenious way to make all the self-harming warlock cards viable while providing an extra utility without being oppressive.
I also like Plated Beetle as it has a simple but elegant design, that fits in some decks, but not all.
I've been really liking most of the new warlock cards. I think Rin is one of my favourites. He's not super strong or anything, but there's just that sense of epic IMPENDING DOOM whenever the seals start coming out.
Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.

Corridor Creeper...........just kidding. xD

Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.
Kathrena Winterwisp
Opened in a pack, and has been the really fun to play with. She's especially strong with Play Dead and large charging dinosaurs
I would have to say it's a tie between Elven Minister and Twilight Acolyte.
I quite enjoy Benevolent D'jiin, Psychic scream, Emerald spellstone and wax elemental

I really like Twig of the World Tree and Ixlid, Fungal Lord. You can make amazing combos with them in a Jungle Giants deck.
Unstable Evolution, Twilight Acolyte, Kobold Librarian, probably Crushing Hand too. Although Unstable Evo is the only one from KnC that brings me as much fun.

I too enjoy the cube.
Cube is a great card, i keep coming up with different ways to use him

Plated Beetle is the unsung hero of this expansion. It will see play for 2 full years in standard
Voidlord is hands down my favorite new card.

Three of my favorite cards from this expansion that haven't already been mentioned are Potion of Heroism, Shimmering Courser, and Lynessa Sunsorrow.
But since I'm one of the very few people playing a Quest Paladin deck (in Wild), it isn't too surprising not to see them mentioned.
