I have added most of the Standard legendaries that are in tier 1 and 2 in Wild, and will add a little note on cards that are placed higher in Wild than in standard.
I hope it is useuful! At the very least a some of the work for when the rotation hits will be done already!
definitely!
Your guide, right now, might be the best source for both standard and wild crafting advice!

Yogg-Saron challenge: Whenever you encounter a Yogg Saron player - concede in honor and send a friend request. It takes balls to play a card that usually results in your own death. :D
- The Boomsday Project (Wild ranking) Kangor's Endless Army* - Staple in mech paladin. Mecha'thun* - Win condition in warlock, druid and priest decks. Stargazer Luna* - Staple in odd, tempo and murloc mage, good winrate. Subject 9* - There are more secrets in wild, but is slightly weeaker than in Standard. The Soularium* - Good card in strong zoo decks, but can be replaced.
are some of these not maybe too high ranked? I am not sure i have ever seen zuljin in wild. he might be decent, though. not sure. kangor's army neither, though i played mech pala for fun myself already. but the deck is far from strong, so i definitely would not list kangor as T2. especially if you play this card, it's a last outcry to somehow turn the tables... luna is played a lot => totally T2. subject 9 sees play in secret hunter, but that deck is also far from strong. wouldn't think this is T2 either. might be wrong here. soularium could be T2, but i usually don't encounter zoo. KFT cards: guldan appears rather often and has quite some impact if played. he could be T1, maybe? though not a complete staple, he is usually not played in evenlocks. rexxar, anduin and malfurion seem T2 - with malfurion close to being T1 (and rexxar not really being too strong). taldaram: probably. like you said, can be replaced. has anti synergy with sense demons. but great burst potential. professor putricide: i think i have never seen this card being played by anyone, opponents, streamers, ..... this cannot be T2, can it? i doubt it, that card is really not good enough for wild... (even if you can combo it with 0 cost secrets) prince liam i think is also usually not making the cut in wild odd paladin. it has anti synergy with divine favor. Despite the deck it is in (odd pala) performing well, i have my doubts liam itself performs well. Rather loatheb. and i am not sure there's space for 2 5/5 minions in that deck.
summary: i personally (just my humble opinion) think that guldan belongs to T1, while kangor's army, liam and especially putricide are not T2 at all. with zuljin, subject 9, soularium and taldaram i have some doubts for T2 classification, but i am quite unsure about these.

These 2 seemed clear. The other cards are very hard to judge. The problem, as you might guess, is that very few people play them, but the ones who do have good results! The only way to be sure the cards are not just underplayed or overperforming with such small sample sizes is first hand experience playing them. The other option is to place them lower based on playrate alone.
lol :D aluneth surely needs some sharpening though ;)
tiers: cards in general are hard to judge. as one needs to judge a card not only upon what it does if it is played, but also whether it's fine to draw just into it. like deathwing: this is an amazing last effort card. wins many games without being played. same with guldan: dead card until turn 10, but if you survive that long he might not be needed. and if he comes down, he usually turns the tide very hard. there is just one card that i absolutely cannot accept in tier 2 and that's putricide. to me that card is at best tier 4 - and rather leaning to tier 5 than tier 3 ;)

Hmmm, I actually have him and might try him so to see if I can figure out why his winrates are so high...
I am considering mentioning some Standard legendaries with high winrates in tier 3. Also, what about putting all the standard cards in the Wild list in one subsection? I will try it.
As for tier 3: that is all up to you, because you do all the work and we are just happy :)
putting standard cards in one subsection: as long as there are still the icons that identify the set - I think they add a lot of organizational value. separating standard and wild only makes sense, not sure it's really needed. But I am rather indifferent about that part.

In general, this set seems pretty solid in the legendary department with much better early winrates than previous ones. This might have a lot to do with some very strong cards rotating from standard, opening up more space.
Based solely on my own experiences throughout the last 22 hours of way too many Hearthstone games, I thought I'd attempt to give some feedback. As I've been playing most of my games on my phone, I don't have any data to back it up.
Using your own ranking system, my initial experiences are as follows:
TIER 1:
Archmage Vargoth. Quite a no brainer; his effect is absolutely bonkers in a lot of decks. Easily the best legendary of the set.
TIER 2:
Blastmaster Boom. The Bomb Warrior archetype seems really strong, and even though it's still an unsettled meta with a lot unrefined decks, I still believe that our familiar villain will be an auto-include in many warrior decks. Furthermore, the support for this card is incredible and the criteria to spam an abundance of Boom Bots are easily met.
Vareesa Windrunner. Solid card which is backed up by new (and cheap) spells. So far the Malygos version is actually quite succesful, although I doubt it'll have a place when the meta settles - but we'll see!
Khadgar. So my impressions are that Big Hand Summoner Spell Mage is actually a very viable archetype which just needs refinement. Khadgar is one of the core cards, enabling some insane tempo swings and insane value plays.
Kalecgos. This card has the potential to win games on his own. 0 mana spells are no joke, and the fact that you get to discover one when you play him is absolutely bonkers. I've saved a couple of games by discovering a Flamestrike or Fireball at the correct time. Doesn't "create" or "enable" archetypes on his own, but is definitely a strong card in most slower mage decks.
Catrina Muerte. Definitely a strong contender for a Tier 1 spot. Incredibly poweful effect in the sense that you can actually play into a certain minion getting a second chance at the board. So far I've had really good results with Da Undatakah and Zerek, Master Cloner. Really good if you can get a resurrect on any big (taunt) minions.
Jepetto Joybuzz. Combo enabler. A card you want to build your deck around, but I'm not really sure if he's actually a real contender for tier 1 or 2 decks when the meta settles. So far I do however see him sucessfully used in Malygos Hunter decks.
Swampqueen Hagatha. Another strong value card which some potentially really good tempo swings. The Monsters are often really good and the fact that Shudderwock replays the Monsters battlecry effects is bonkers.
These are my 2 cents so far. The rest of the legendaries I've seen too little of to determine whether they belong in Tier 3 or 4, and I also believe that it's too early to say anything about the absolute trash legendaries as most of them seem somewhat viable right now.
Really appreciate the guide! Looks like it’s missing Oblivitron from new RoS list?
Fixed. Also rolled out a ton of updates, especially placing all the rotated cards in the Wild section and removing some references to rotated decks. There are still stuff to polish, though, feedback is appreciated!

Oblivitron was so poorly received that SlydE forgot to include it. /s
It's funny that it was rated below stinkers like Lucentbark or Nozari.
Maybe put Iron Juggernaut in T4 since it can be used in Wild Bomb Warrior. (Yes I know he doesn't synergize with Boom but it still synigergises with Elekk and Brann)
You should put Zuljin in tier 1. He's a hunter staple and a must craft. Mechrattle and midrange hunter are doing really well right now and i'm sure they will continue to do as well in the future.
I will try to give a bit of feedback on the placements:
Voone gone up quite a bit post rotation probably tier 2 Dragon warrior is tier 2 with good win rate in HSreplay.
Blastmaster boom definitely a tier 1 legendary I am yet to face this card actually but bomb warrior seems really strong and if you play it post boom hero card with 2 bombs you auto win.
Keeper stalladris tier 1 token druid has insane win rate normally those winrates don't go down too much it's a must have in druid for the next 2 years.
Rafaam has good win rate actually.
I checked the stats of chef nomi in tempo rogue.. it's the worst card in the deck very situational for a tempo deck..
Is Tirion still tier 1? I mean paladin doesn't seem to be doing well..
Zuljin tier 1 that card is so powerful in hunter, if you play it you probably win.
definitely!
Your guide, right now, might be the best source for both standard and wild crafting advice!
many thanks for all the effort!

The Wild/Standard split is a mess right now, but it will hopefully be sorted soon!
To speed up the process of placing the new cards accurately and find their uses, these are my projections for the new cards:
Scargil - Projected Tier 1-2
The Boom Reaver Projected Tier 2-3
Barista Lynchen Projected Tier 2-4
Archivist Elysiana Projected Tier 1-2
Lucentbark Projected Tier 4-5
Tak Nozwhisker Projected Tier 3-5
Archmage Vargoth - Pre rotation good card in Malygos priest and token druid. Projected Tier 1-2
Catrina Muerte Projected Tier 2-4
Nozari Projected Tier 4-5
Commander Rhyssa Projected Tier 2-3
Fel Lord Betrug Projected Tier 4-5
Jepetto Joybuzz Projected Tier 1-3
Vereesa Windrunner Projected Tier 1-2
Keeper Stalladris Projected Tier 1-2
Swampqueen Hagatha Projected Tier 2-4
Heistbaron Togwaggle Projected Tier 1-2
Khadgar Projected Tier 3-4
Blastmaster Boom Projected Tier 1-2
Madame Lazul Projected Tier 4-5
Arch-Villain Rafaam Projected Tier 3-4
Chef Nomi Projected Tier 1-3
Kalecgos Projected Tier 3-4

Chef nomi is played in myracle rogue instead of faldorei. Rdu is top 20 with it.
