I never dust any cards no matter how bad (okay except for Nozdormu that one time and obviously nerfed cards), since I like the fact of having a huge collection, but then again I play a lot and I did spend some money on the game (about 300 Euros in total). So, I'm usually not in need for dust.
Also, some cards get surprisingly good with a new expansion. So, I would definitely wait at least until the next expansion. Maybe sometime next year Moorabi and Freeze Shaman will be Tier 1 (I doubt it though :D).

Same for Mayor Noggenfogger, couldn't think of a single use for him...then got beat by a Jade Druid with a big board with MN buried behind Taunts. Still, I can sleep soundly knowing he's 1/4 Bloodreaver Gul'dan.
No. I played a fun Jade Shaman deck with him last week. Aya survived one turn, I played Moorabi, Glacial Shard, Glacial Shard on her. Opponent immediately conceded.
Do you plan buying more frozen throne packs? I had a golden arfus and a taldaram til like 3 weeks cause I still was playing like 3-4 arenas a week so I still opened like 10 packs in that last week so I had the risk of getting them again but I stopped doing that and I'm saving all my gold for the new expansion so I now have 0 risk of opening them again, I won't buy more frozen throne packs if a card I don't have ends up seeing a ton of play next meta I will just craft it, so I just got 2000 dust so if you're like me just get that dust, if not just keep him until you stop buying kft packs
I've found myself in the same quandary; I opened Moorabi, and being a 'meme' player myself (Renounce Darkness, The Last Kaleidosaur, Meat Wagon kinds of decks) I've been going back and forth between keeping him. All of the new Totem shenanigans coming out makes me think that keeping him is a good idea, assuming you continually have a bunch of Totems to use Cryostasis or Hyldnir Frostrider on. However, if you don't already have such cards for Freeze shaman it may be worth disenchanting it. I get the sense you don't want to spend too much dust on cards that can only be used for one archetype.
Go ahead. Craft a Meat Wagon. You won't regret it...
At this point, it totally looks like Blizzard wrote off Freeze Shaman :( That's not to say they won't return to it in some capacity in the future, but said future doesn't look bright at the moment.
Something else to consider: if you're planning to buy anymore KFT packs, you might not want to risk pulling Moorabi again.

That is a lie, glacial shard only target oponets
My apologies. I wrote this in a hurry from my mobile. I meant Brrrloc. Honest mistake, true story.

We haven't seen a whole stack of cards from KNC yet. There may be one or more Shaman cards, or even one or more neutrals.

Actually, I remember what happened now. It wasn't Brrrloc orGlacial Shard. My opponent was a Priest. They played a copy of my Aya Blackpaw. I used Glacial Shard to Aya because she wasn't on my side of the board.
I know i could sound mr obvious but do not do it. The only legendary that needs to burn is Millhouse Manastorm.
Blizzard is well known for releasing cards that sinergy with other upcoming cards. The same it goes for other games. It might not be the best card now,but with another card that will be released it will sinergize so good that it is gonna be meta define. Take Velen for example. Have you ever seen it played before this meta?I never saw it, but ofc it was a good card. Have you ever seen Keleseth been played before someone screwed everything with prince rogue and zoos?i never did,but it was a good card.
Do not do it. Wait at least when the new kobold meta will be out and see what it brings. It might be viable again in some ways.

Well of course. However, there are only three Shaman cards remaining; that doesn't leave a lot of room for additional one-offs, considering that they are pushing Totem Shaman and that we already got a side-card in Unstable Evolution.
Any card with Freeze on it can and will provide a boost to Freeze Shaman, but that doesn't necessarily mean that Blizzard still cares about this half-realized archetype they created.

Yes and no. It all depends on how you view Hearthstone. I play the long game. Each set, I get excited even for a single card that can improve an archetype. I main Wild, not Standard, so I am not worried about getting a whole bunch of cards inside a two year window.
I opened Genzo, the Shark twice, because of this stupid disenchant thing in my mind, also from MSoG i dusted Wickerflame Burnbristle who was supposed to be bad card and then create him, 'cuz i actually play Pala. So my advice from experience is don't disenchat nothing unless is golden trash legendary and you can create something usefull and better be from Neutral cards, also i still keep my golden Twin Emperor Vek'lor just in case and mostly, because i like the card no matter what. :)
same bro, but I safely dusted my golden Ozruk. moral of the story: be patient or dust at your own risk. I would wait until we start to see a meta a few weeks after the K&C expansion drops.

Dust him with fire!
Don't mind me just passing by
Here's my take on the deck in Wild:

really doubt moorabi will ever be playable, but best to hold onto him at least until you are certain you will not open more frozen throne packs
Playing since the very beginning and I have to tell you something: Disenchanting anything but extra copies is BAD.

I actually really like Moorabi in my Freeze Shaman. But he's honestly not very good.
I'd keep him, just in case though.

Disenchanting Millhouse Manastorm will lock you out of the meme combo with Call to Arms.
Honestly, only DE Moorabi if you are in dire need of dust, otherwise keep it as an asset.
