I know there hasn't been a lot of neutrals reveled yet, especially low-cost ones that Rogue usually uses, but i didn't find much interesting stuff for Valeera, at least not the ones that can be used in the existing archetypes. I made a small analysis of 4 card that may be used to some extent.
Definitely an interesting card to be considered, though i don't think it will see much play due to it being one of a kind and needed to be early. While the most popular archetype, Miracle Rogue utilizes some essential 2 mana cards like Eviscerate, Sap and some Razorpetal Lasher and Razorpetal Volley, it might be possible to make a more minion heavy deck that would vastly benefit from the effect, while the Eviscerate could be replaced with Shadowblade. Here's an example of the deck.
While not having Eviscerate might not be that much of a setback with Shadowblade, not pulling out Prince Keleseth on turn 2 or coining it out would slow down the deck considerably since the effect needs to be applied as soon as possible to start pressuring from the start. Since even pulling out Gadgetzan Auctioneer from the deck containing two of can be troublesome sometimes, i don't really find this card viable unless there's some tutor effect.
A card that can provide much needed support for early aggression against token and aggro decks. Same as Prince Keleseth, this card also suffers from legendary syndrome which makes it hard to draw on curve. Unless hard removed (which aggro decks usually don't use), it will provide a block of 4 damage to the face and 4 healing at least which can provide enough delay to gain control. Drawback is not that hard as Prince Keleseth's since Rogue 4 mana slot is usually only populated with Tomb Pillager in Wild.
An excellent card which will probably see play in some tempo/weapon oriented decks (like the one i posted above). Equipping Shadowblade and then dropping Phantom Freebooter on curve nets you a 4 mana 6/4 minion with usually one more shot of Shadowblade to remove a 3 health minion, or a 5 health minion with Backstab. Great tempo card that will definitely see play.
That's all for now, i think we'll be getting some cheaper neutral commons towards the end of the reveals that can probably be used, but let's wait and see.
Cool ideas! The Keleseth Rogue actually looks like a real thing, maybe I wrote of the prince too soon. The meat wagon deck looks fun as hell but I think you will have major aggro issues, maybe you could add Journey Below or Hallucination to get some minions without messing up the wagon
the problem with Malygos and Meat wagon is that in order to run that deck you should have thema s the only 2 minions for consistency's sake, any other meat wagon and meat wagon would be summoning meat wagon...., tbh meat wagon seems more of a card to summon eggs, portals or summoning stone.

None of which have to do with meat...worst card design ever?

That's why you run Cold Blood. It's only a fun deck anyway.

Meat Wagon
This one's great, it's maybe a gimmick deck, but it seems to me that pulling out Malygos with Meat Wagon might be a lot faster than waiting for turn 9 or 10. The thing is, you can't have any minions with attack under 5. That means no Azure Drake, no Bloodmage Thalnos, no Edwin VanCleef, no Gadgetzan Auctioneer, no Vilespine Slayer, no Swashburglar. Luckily, since it's probably going to be easier to dig for Meat Wagon, we can include more removal.

Not to mention if you draw Malygos you're gameplan is busted on the Meat Wagon deck ^^'
Remember playing Control Shaman with Reincarnate shenanigans? No? It was fun, here's a refresher!
