Friday Fun Decks Week 4

Friday Fun Decks

What's better than after a long week of grinding things out at work, school or Ranked Ladder to kick back and relax with some Friday Fun Decks going into the weekend?

Well, we brought you a selection of decks to do just that. There's some standard decks, some wild decks, but most of all these are decks with interesting cards that haven't seen much use, Archetypes that have been forced out by better competition in the same class and combos that are often too unreliable to see play on the Ranked Ladder, but they are FUN. Truth be told though not everyone's idea of fun will be the same, so we cast a wide net and hopefully brought something for everyone.

Let's dive in!

Darkest Hour Quest Maly Warlock

This Standard deck tries to use the little used Rise of Shadows card Darkest Hour for some shenanigans and we LOVE shenanigans. We love hijinks too, and horseplay, but this is definitely a case of shenanigans.

Odd Dragon Hunter

This Wild deck combines the obvious ingredients of an Odd Hunter deck with the new Descent of Dragons cards that play into that same Hero Power centric archetype, like Toxic Reinforcements, and cooks up a nice plate of FACE damage.

Casino Bullets Mage

This delightful Standard deck takes some underused cards, like Elemental Allies and Chenvaala and conjures up a whole new deck archetype, that is still decidedly a Mage deck. Certainly the most original fun deck we feature this week.

Ragnaros OTK Rogue

This Wild deck caught our eye when it said that "It's stupid, but the feeling of opponents trying to understand the purpose of grabbing Grand Archivist as fast as possible is just ecstatic." So, there you have it, this deck will leave you in ecstacy.

Murloc Paladin

This Wild deck brings us back to the good old days when Anyfin Can Happen decks were among the best in the Meta. Get ready for some Mrggll Mrggll Mrggll!

Tech Quest Shaman

This Wild deck makes us nostalgic. Because in our youth our dad had a toolbox and that toolbox was MAGICAL. Whatever calamity or accident happened around the house, my dad would reach into his magical toolbox and fish something out and make things right again. This deck is like that toolbox. You just reach in and take out what tool you need to fix the current problematic boardstate. And then you use Shudderwock to replay it all over again.

Malygos Priest

This Standard deck gets away from the usual Priest tropes of resurrection and Inner Fire hijinks and uses Frizz Kindleroost and Fate Weaver to help get to a state where you can cheaply play Malygos and several low cost direct damage spells to finish your opponent. Variety is the spice of life!

That's it for this "Friday Fun Decks", hope you find these decks as fun and interesting as we did when we put this list together. If not, why not post your idea of a fun deck in the comments, for future inspiration to us and the rest of the community!

Cheers and have a good Weekend!
