This card is a little bit tricky. If you need to draw your dragons in the early game for tempo, it means you can reduce less dragons with this card. So usually you might only reduce around 6 dragons if you play this on curve (or less maybe), which gives similar value to Fal'dorei Strider (Fal'dorei Strider shuffles 3 cards that gives you 12/12 at total, and this card 'shuffles' 6 cards that reduces 12 mana at total, which is similar to 12/12 stats).

Very very good, i think at least it must be contains 10 dragons in your deck or something, like this, it's really powerful.

I would say it's sort of like a brand new Prince Keleseth
