Posted Dec 13, 2019 (Descent of Dragons)Does anyone know if a weapon "stolen" by this card will count as "destroyed" for the purposes of Hoard Pillager? This card could be great tech against Pirate Warrior if it does not allow Hoard Pillager to re-equip it since the deck is built pretty much completely around Ancharrr and there is no other way to get it back if this card removes it without "destroying" it.

Posted Aug 11, 2022 (Castle Nathria Launch)Late reply, but for any wildfriends looking for an answer: "stolen" cards do not count as destroyed, discarded, dead etc. It's like the weapon got polymorphed. It's functionally gone from their side of the game, unless they steal it back.
