I'm sure Malygos will rotate out. Blizz expressed recently that they didn't like OTK decks going rampant, and Maly's been one of the staple OTK cards for a long time.
Candidate no. 2 is Leeroy Jenkins. Just because this card has been a must-have for aggro decks for far too long.
edit: Almost forgot Preparation. This one just limits design space for rogues. If Blizz wants to breathe some fresh air into the class, they totally should HoF it.
Leeroy Jenkins - Been around for too long in aggro decks, blizzard needs to make the meta fresh by moving him to HoF.
Mind Control Tech - Annoying piece of shit, not only able to steal your best minion, but also makes you stay with max 3 minions on the board. Moving him to HoF would make the gameplay different.
Nourish - Reverse the nerf, and move it to HoF so that druid atleast has a chance to be played in wild. The card was very good at 5 mana, but at 6 the card is unplayable. So, reverse the nerf and move it to wild.

Absolutely agree, and I do think it is time for Malygos to go. Had not thought about prep, but it does seem like Rogue has been getting some overcosted spells because of it, so I would not be against rotating it.
With the general direction that the charge mechanic has been going, it would not surprise me to see Leeroy go as well, even if I don't find it necessary to do so.
I also kind of hope that Divine Spirit and/or Inner Fire will rotate, just because I think that type of priest deck has been around for too long and is not particularly fun to play or play against.

They expressed this about OTK decks, yes, but it was aimed more at decks like Mecha'Thun Priest, where you would literally offer 0 interaction, and just draw. I don't think they'll HoF Malygos, because as annoying some might find OTK decks, they're extremely important to the health of the meta. Besides, given a choice, I would prefer Maly over Mecha'Thun every second of every day of every year.
Preparation is a tricky one. I could understand a HoF for that card, but it would mean that T5 needs to rework the entire Rogue class. Spells right now are absolute shite if you don't use Prep. And I don't think they'll do that, because Rogue isn't a particularly good class right now. Heck, their best deck is/was Odd Rogue, and it didn't even use Prep. The only reason why people are upset with it, is the Quest for Rogue, which is bad design on their behalf. Would they have just made the reward a Battlecry-minion, nobody would be upset with Prep.
My candidate is Gadgetzan Auctioneer. I like Miracle Rogue, a lot, but I can see this card being HoF'd, because of Mecha'Thun Druid. 0 interaction, as with almost all Mecha'Thun decks. I also think Wild Pyromancer is a potential candidate, as it enables so many broken combos in draw decks.

I think Malygos has the biggest chances of going out. Leeroy is also a possible candidate.
I doubt they will touch any of the classic class legendaries ( Velen, Antonidas etc) because that would be weird for 1 class out of 9 to be missing its original legendary.
From what I can tell, Blizzard aims to target cards that are staple when executing a certain game plan or are so good that you must put them in most decks you are playing.
Doomsayer, acolyte of pain and wild pyrimancer are potential candidates, I dare say

Why do you think so? I would be surprised by that to be honest.
I know they are all fairly popular cards, but I think they are the kind of cards that Blizz/T5 want in an evergreen set, as they are not that powerful and are good for "filling holes" in decks where current expansions do not offer more efficient board clear/draw etc.
I hope for some HOF/reverse nerfs, but otherwise, I doubt they will HoF anything.
Don't forget, that rotation will be HUUGE for pretty much every archetype. Only some odd/even decks and Zoo will remain competetive without significant support from the new set.

They will find a few cards they don't like and HoF them I guarantee it.
The whole classic set should be HOF'ed instead of nerfing individual cards, which have been in the game since the start. That would make the game feel fresh again. I don't understand what's the point of HOF if they are just going to nerf basic and classic cards.

This is a bad idea as new players need something other then the basic set that does not rotate out after about 2 years. Lets face it as demonstrated by the total FUBAR that was Warsong Commander there have been issues with the Classic set from day 1.
It is insane that a class can't have any good spells above 3 mana just because this card exists. Time and time again they make abominations like Thistle Tea because of this card. THISTLE TEA WOULD HAVE BEEN BAD AT 5 MANA!!!
Still mad about it apparently...
EDIT: The problem with HOFing malygos is that it is really hard to replace. In order to make another malygos-like card, you'd basicly have to make another malygos. Malygos actually doesn't limit design space at all. Alexstrasza is a much worse offender in that regard, even though it has not been a big player in a while.
They are rotating out anyways... They're in KoFT...
I know that but it's more about what cards go to the hall of fame because they deserve it and because you get a full dust refund for them.
Do you really think that they send cards to HoF just because they want to give us full dust refund? Nice logic mate, I hope one day you will start to work for Blizz.

I'm pretty sure he has wised up about that in the two months that have passed since he made that comment you just replied to. GJ mate. Maybe skim the other four pages of the thread before replying instead of just the first.
This is pretty much a staple in miracle and theif Rouge, while also seeing use in different types of OTK Druid decks. Overall it is a very powerful card and has a good chance of being moved to the Hall of Fame.
This card has dominated the meta as an externally powerful finisher and combo starter in odd decks. Leeroy is an extremely powerful card that fits a niche of a 5-mana charge minion, and fills that role very well. With the decrease in Blizzard’s willingness to print charge cards Leeroy will continue to be powerful regardless of the standard rotation and would make a good choice for the Hall of Fame.
Both of these cards have been extremely powerful because of thier ability to swing games or close them out. Divine Favor allowed Aggro and Midrange Paladins to rush their opponents with a very strong early game while almost negating the downside against control or midrange decks. If your opponent held cards to deal with your threats then you got a free hand after running out of gas. Holy Wrath has seen minor play in Wild decks with a giants combo, however it has risen to prominence in a double OTK, control Paladin deck. I think this card has less of a chance to see the Hall than Divine Favor because the Uther Death Knight is rotating out, but I wouldn’t rule out the possibility.
Preparation is a card that has been an auto-include in most Rouge decks to surface, only dropping out of prominence with the introduction of odd Rouge. Decks such as theif, miracle, and sometimes combo/aggro Rouge run two copies of this card. It’s a zero mana triple coin for spells that activates Combo, empties your hand and accelerates Rouge to unnatural levels.

As seen in the last nerfs/HOFs, I expect a 0% chance of rotating a Legendary. That would be free dust to the peasants...
It's not a gift, it's a refund. Dunno why people think it should be seen as generous or something anyone would want to avoid.
Malygos, Leeroy, CMT, Prep.

Let me preface this by saying that I do not think that all of these will be moved, but are rather all the possibilities in my opinion.
Neutral:
Gadgetzan Auctioneer
This is pretty much a staple in miracle and theif Rouge, while also seeing use in different types of OTK Druid decks. Overall it is a very powerful card and has a good chance of being moved to the Hall of Fame.
Leeroy Jenkins

Paladin:
Divine Favor / Holy Wrath
Both of these cards have been extremely powerful because of thier ability to swing games or close them out. Divine Favor allowed Aggro and Midrange Paladins to rush their opponents with a very strong early game while almost negating the downside against control or midrange decks. Rouge:
Preparation

Let me predict Mind Blast then..
and maybe Malygos
In this episode of "Cards i dont like"
Tbh, I'd be happy if Preparation was HoFed.
So we could play it in Wild, and Standard whiners would stop asking to ruin Rogue...
