While a good bit of these cards are Nerfed or defunked they still were the top dogs for their time

This thread probably did not need to be made it was more of a personal interest thing rather than an educational endeavor

I will continue to update this thread as the years go on despite how much attention this thread may or may not get.

Side note if you disagree with anything on here make sure to post about it I'm open to suggestions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A feel as though a couple of these were fighting for top spot with other cards.

Old Gods - N'Zoth and Y'Shaarj

Frozen Throne - Ultimate Infestation and Bloodreaver Gul'dan

Well I honestly was dissappointed to see a Dark Peddler in place of Reno Jackson.

+1 to Dark Peddler? Wat?

Less obviously, though, I would say Flamewaker was a lot more impactful on the BRM meta than Grim Patron, despite the brokenness that resulted from the latter.

I thought that Reno Jackson would be the top card for League of Explorers.
For Frozen Throne my candidate is  Bloodreaver Gul'dan

N'Zoth should be of been to Yogg instead, Yogg had more impact on that set than any other card then I would say either N'zoth or Y'Shaarj would be tied for 2nd place.

Other than the Dark Peddler stuff which people have already pointed out, whats the reasoning of picking Spirit Claws over Barnes? Sure the claws were nerfed and Barnes hasn't been, but with that reasoning then wouldn't The Caverns Below be on the list and Sunkeeper Tarim not as The Caverns shaped the entire meta around it while Tarim mostly affected those that were after it.

Other than those things, nice list!

Edit: Sorry about nitpicking but the BRM logo is lower quality than the rest of them and it's triggering me hardcore.
