evenlock has no broom and therefore is doomed to unplayability
also glare doesn't need quest it will just kill people
the drakanoid example doesn't even work in your case that card was bad and was insanely fringe in control warrior mostly because it was a bad card and the added consistency of having more dragons wasn't worth just putting crap in your deck.
All in all there will be new developments in decks however nothing in this thread (other than MAYBE anetheron seeing play in glare) will be proven right and I will happily come back to this thread 4 months from now to tell you i told you so.
This is even hunter's sayge sear of the dark moon while in the optimal scenario turn 5 or 6 leathal should happen there are plenty of times where hunter would love the gass and this card wouldn't even be too shoehorned in for the sake of draw it has a good body great threat and will always do more than a cycle card. This card is most likely correct despite how slow it seems.
As a zoo aficionado I feel somewhat qualified to post here, in any case carpet is very useful in the aggro match up and i would never cut it. As for soul Infusion and the giant, soul Infusion cant be abused in any meaningful way in this particular deck as we have no minions like doubling imp and argent squire is ok but it really isn't the kind of power play you would want to make in this particular deck.
The giants are my favorite cards in the game so I genuinely try to make them work everywhere but they do not work here, much like token druid zoo cannot afford to run a basically win more card unlike even shaman zoolock doesn't have infinite cheap totems it can summon every turn so there is no way to reliably cheat out sea giant without overextending.
I think you need to get even less greedy than that, maybe run explosive sheep doomsayer or other early game board clears. I'll admit I'm no expert on big spell mage but those seem like the things this list is missing
As soon as you can get some sort of value from it you should probably start thinking about DMH. DMH is really just a way to get more fuel first and going infinite second. Unless thing are not looking great you should probably not worry to much about going infinite at all.

Specifically after spell stone rotates out of standard this card will act as extra hard removal for a weakened control lock, and in wild it could be used in place of spell stone some reno lists don't even run spell stone and just stick to blast crystal and demon bolt is a strictly better card.

That's why azalina is run most of the time. This is a more aggresive version of sub9 hunter but I think its still valid.
