GvG has a bunch of cheap or expensive mechs to fuse with Magnetic cards, Spare Parts are only useful at Tempo Mage (which is replaced by Secret Mage) but other GvG simple mechs will dominate the meta, Mage has already minion-synergy-aggro cards like Book of Specters so I think Mech Mage will dominate the Wild Meta with Odd Paladean, Even Shaman and Odd Rogue (all of them are skillfull decks and need a brain to play) while other Reno decks s*** d*** you know what I mean
Which GvG mechs will dominate the meta? You would need to state that and what those synergies are for anyone to start listening that you know what you're talking about.

Of course it is way too early to jump to conclusions, but I doubt it. Barring a Call to Arms for 4 like card for mage, I don't think mechmage will come back. Mage is not a buffing class, and I don't think relying on "magnetic" minions will be enough. The 1-2-3 curve is already very good, it is just that power creep has ran away from that deck a long time ago. The consistency of the odd decks and even shaman is very hard to match, and the slower decks have some fantastic defensive tools now...
Even Shaman, Dudeadin and Odd Rogue are consistent Tempo decks for a reason: their core synergy comes from the hero power, and it kicks in at Start of the Game (no draw rng involved).
Mech Mage or any other Aggro Mech will be possibly very strong snowballers, but not consistent enough.
You have a clear example in Murlocadin, which on paper looks as scary as hell.

Mechwarper for example: every card that reduce the mana cost of minions is very strong. Also Paladin: Shielded Minibot is a pretty solid pick for every deck with magnetic. Mech Paladin might make it into the meta. If there are some even-magnetic cards for paladin, this might really get interresting with an even-mech-paladin, but if not, then it's still quite strong, especially with Call to Arms.
I can see a pretty insane paladin-mech version upcoming in wild. Far stronger than Mage. The question is: did we see all neutral magnetic-minions or are more coming?
From what I've gathered from the latest video that explains the mechanic, the only classes that will have Magnetic cards will be Hunter, Paladin and Warrior (with the exception of some Neutrals - which I cannot imagine will be that many).
Given that, the chance of Mech Mage getting out of control in Wild is somewhat low.^^
I mean... Mechs were freaking useless for a long time. So they need a good treatment by giving it a flexibility from Magnetic, and that's it!
Mechs won't be so broken, at least they are only available in warrior, paladin, and hunter... and maybe some Magnetic neutral cards are given for shaman (Powermace) rogue (Iron Sensei) and somewhat warlock (Fel Cannon)? Probably Mech mage too but I haven't seen the power level of it long ago so they might not be the same as it were now.
I think the mech archetype is going to make a strong come back in wild, indeed, but not in the class people would usually think of...
Back in the days when people were playing with Mech Mage, I was playing a midrange Mech Priest and honestly, it was doing pretty well and I had a lot of fun with it. I have the feeling that the Shadowboxer + Zilliax combo is going to be disgustingly good and will push the archetype in the light (possibly making it a tier 2 or higher deck). A card like Upgradeable Framebot seems also ideal for priest to use.
Think about the possibility with Shaman too. I mean, upgrading Whirling Zap-o-matic seems super scary (build your lifesteal Al'akir with Zilliax too, or Wargear for blessing of kings in shaman..).
Wild meta is bound to change with this extension.. I just hope it will be in a good way
I mean they will be part of the meta but they won't be higher than Tier 2. Gvg mechs have very snowballing potential but little card draw. And that heavy snowballing potential can already happen with cards like Mechwarpers,Micro Machines and so even without any new cards. I mean, sure. They do get some new mechs and tools but I bet they can possibly match agains Genn/Baku decks or Reno decks or any other strong and highly synergetic Wild deck

I just want to interject here and say odd rogue is basically pirate warrior.

Thanks for your post, i already saw that Mech Shaman might be a dark horse of this expansion, especially with Whirling Zap-o-Matic, but the Zilliax-combo with Shadowboxer is something i entirely missed. For 7 Mana, you get a Reno Jackson-Effect with tons of damage.
We haven't seen enough cards to conclude anything yet, but with what was said in the video about mechs emphasis in Warrior, Paladin and Hunter, I can see a midrange Murlmech Paladin getting pretty strong in wild
Handbuffing will be pretty interesting in wild. Handbuffing, up to now, only applied to minions. Now, essentially, you can buff "buffs." Imagine a handbuffed Zilliax being used to buff an upgradeable framebot. Especially if that Zilliax was buffed by Valanyr.

I like elementals and totems.

I don't think mech decks will be a thing. Playing good statted midrangy minions isn't a broken enough effect to really work in wild.

I need to see this happen
HOKY SHIT!!!! 0_0!!!!!, good thing priest doesn't really have proprer card draw but tha tone's pretty much an OTk ._.
not mech shaman again....
anything but that
Kobolds are almost as bad as goblins, they gotta die (⌐■_■)–︻╦╤─
even Target Dummy may see play with good magnetic minions.
