Lol, it Is the most trash card I ever seen. It sux even for O mana.
At least you draw a card! ;) But there could be cards that have drawback like 3 mana 6/7 your hero takes 5 damage at the end of your turn that haven't been revealed yet?

'How many Blizzard employees do you need to fix a lamp? It does not matter, because they cannot balance the ladder.'
Unless Lightbomb gets reprinted, or they decided to give priest a new Hero power the class will most likely stay dead. I'm most likely wrong of course but I just don't see what cards they can implement to make Priest top tier without a decent board clear.
so far they have shown us this new Dragon with priest-like ability, so maybe instead of revealing new priest card they announce that starting from Karazhan there will be only 8 classes in HS.
7 mana 2/4 Battlecry if the enemy hs more than 3 minions on the board you win the game? But Propably gain control over all of them like a giant mind tech. Must be some realy situational battlecry card for sure with those stats.
The Priest Card is in the trailer ... the 7 mana 2/4 ... We just don't know its text.
Maintime, let me tell you guys a joke:
"A Priest survived til round 7 and was not lost..."
Some of the cards they have shown on trailers had art that never was used or had completly different stats, e.g. Darkbomb on the GvG trailer is seen as a 4/1 minion. Also, they always have the Warlock border, I don't see how that card specifically has to be a Priest one.
1) He needs an AoE that does not hurt his side of the board. (Holy Nova doesn't count because it's a shit card that needs to be reworked)
2) He needs more buff cards like Velen's Chosen which are cheap and reliable.
3) He needs mana reduction on all his cards because they cost too much for what they do.
4) He needs an identity. Stealing other classes' cards is not an identity because Rogue does it too and she does it much better than he does. He needs a gimmick.
5) He needs more heal spells because his hero power is not adequate, even when doubled with Justicar. When that normally happens, it's usually too late.
Letting the priest go beyond 30 health would fix many problems with the class. It's not fair that the stupid warrior can get 100+ health and the priest can't go beyond the 30 health cap. That's just ridiculous and really bad game design.
6) Last, but not least, he needs non-situational CARD DRAW. Northshire Cleric is a shit card that rarely works in this meta, and needs to be reworked to say, "draw a card for each healed CHARACTER". That way, Priest can draw a card each time he has to heal himself, which is always.
I also think that Holy Smite and Divine Spirit should be reworked to have the 'draw a card' suffix added.
What 'Aggro BS' are you talking about? Like Dragonwarrior (Midrange/Tempo), Midrange Shaman (selfexplaining), Token/Yogg Druid (Midrange) or Zoolock (Minionbased CONTROL!)? We clearly don't have anywere near as many Aggro Decks as people might think, just as we don't have any classic Control Decks right now.
Besides, even if Priest had better earlygame Minions he still would have fuckall for Mid- and Lategame Threats like Call of the Wild or Archmage Antonidas, so it takes much more then just Anti-Aggro tools to make Priest viable.
"Minionbased control" lmfao. People on this forum are awesome.
That's what a Zoo Deck is tough, since it usually trys to get and hold Boardcontrol over anything else and then all it needs to do is keeping the Pressure. You will never enconter a good Zooplayer who uses cards like Abusive Sergeant or Power Overwhelming just to deal facedamage unless he can outright kill you.
It also isn't a Midrange Deck, since it has a very low curve and no room for bigger minions like Ragnaros the Firelord.
That's right, you need board control to go face as zoo and zoo is the aggro deck that beats other aggro decks because it has the most board control. This is not the concept of control. Control != board control. Try to master C'Thun Warrior or Reno Warlock to get a feeling for what control means.
C'thun Decks are absolutly about Boardcontrol, since they have a lot of early/midgame minions to get on the board like Disciple of C'Thun, C'Thun's Chosen and Twilight Elder with the last one requiring Boardcontrol himself to get repeating Value. Even Control Decks in the past always had 6-8 earlygame Minions to combat aggro and take the board.
'Reno Warlock' can apply to any Deck-Archetype so that's not a useful answer and even then, Reno Decks still run a lot of earlygame Minions aswell.
Just because a Deck approaches it's Goal differently, doesn't mean it's not the same Archetype.
""Reno Warlock" can apply to any deck archetype" --- what deck archetypes are we talking about? Are you trolling?
"Just because a deck approaches its goal differently, doesn't mean its not the same archetype" --- Right. Goal of the game: deal 30 damage to the face. Conclusion: every archetype is the same.
Just because you enjoy your stupid zoo deck doesn't mean its not aggro. I'm not going to waste my time trying to get through your thick head what aggro and control means.

Moral of the story: don't argue on hpwn.
You can make an Aggro, Midrange or Control Deck with only 1offs and Reno to call it 'Reno Warlock'.
I can make a Midrange Hunter with only 1offs and Reno, but it would still be a Midrange Deck.
Also Saying 'your stupid zoo deck' sure sounds like you have great arguments to make a clear statement.
Just forget this argument and move on, I'm just a noob FeelsBadMan

Darkbomb was a spell, so they made up minion stats, but all other minions shown in the trailers have always had correct cost and stats. Look at OG and LoE. All accurate.
The fact that you haven't given an example for any of the 'Aggro BS' you are talking about to oppose my arguments, goes to show that you got absolutly nothing useful to add and if you want to defend yourself with the 'but I got Legend' argument, then that won't mean anything, because you can be a good player, but still be totaly biased against Aggro.
Back to the Topic: I hope they give Priest solid standalone cards like Savannah Highmane or Fire Elemental so they don't have to rely on stealing stuff. Maybe even a Dragon to support their only Tribe synergie.
Apparently an argument over a game forum with someone I don't know the slightest thing about isn't very important to me. I'm sorry the fact that I play at high legend disturbs you, but I never really brought it up, I just made it clear I didn't want an argument with you and you kept pressing. Good job at making a fool of yourself. If you want to prove something try actually achieving it rather than looking for it in meaningless dialectics.
I merely expressed myself, I didn't show any intention of starting a discussion. I know how to write I'm simply not wasting my english with you. You're not worth it.
As a loyal priest player and Amaz follower from the beginning, this gives me a slight glimmer of hope that Blizzard actually accomplished something special for the priest class in order to boost it back up with the new cards, like Shamans once did.
Thoughts?
None of that makes any sense. Not revealing a card, gives you more hope? Being an Amaz fan (why?) gives you more hope? What?
It would still be the most reasonable comment on youtube tho :3

7 Mana 2/4 must have a broken effect, but still a freakin retarded card

Check out my homebrewn Paladin deck.
Guys, DOOOOMSAYERR
7 mana 2/4
Take control of an enemy minion with 3 or less attack and destroy another minion.
Priest need a broken card!

Dab
Priest needs a miniature Cabel Shadow priest 2 Mana 2/3 - Take control of a minion that has 1 attack.
Priest needs many things to be viable:
1) He needs an AoE that does not hurt his side of the board. (Holy Nova doesn't count because it's a shit card that needs to be reworked)
2) He needs more buff cards like Velen's Chosen which are cheap and reliable.

The card I posted was probably a fake since its not on hpwn front page by now, just forget about it.
If you got the coin, the Mercenaries get going. Vote for The Mercenary for CCC #3.
They're just waiting to officially announce that they'll remove Priest from the game for internal balance changes.
