There were sadly no Budget Paladin decks that met our demands. We can only suggest to forsake the light and to embrace your inner demon.

If these decks are still too spendy for your budget, then here's a tip: Demon Hunter has a very solid set of Basic and Initiate cards you get totally for free. Combine the 2 sets in a deck and you have 30 free cards that make a surprisingly decent deck. This is the deck that Blizzard gives you for free when you finish the Demon Hunter Prologue. You can easily augment this with cards you get and easily build upon it, because in case you missed it, Demon Hunter is pretty darn good at the moment.

DH again and again.
why are you promoting face brainless face decks
Because resurrect priest is even worse
Because turns out, when you want to make a budget deck, they're mostly facey.
Me hunter. Me go face. Me no worry about Zilliax no more.
I think you made a mistake and put up some decks from classes besides DH. Those don't exist anymore
"There were sadly no Budget Paladin decks that met our demands. We can only suggest to forsake the light and to embrace your inner demon."
lol. Too true :(
Even Hearthpwn admins suggest playing DH
I mean, we are getting a quest today in around 3 hours that will require EVERYONE to play 3 games as Demon Hunter in play mode to get 2 free packs.
If you thought ladder saturation was bad now, wait till like 3 hours from now when that quest pops for everyone! xD
But yeah, cheap deck and Paladin deck are not really going together right now. There's good Paladin decks, just not cheap ones (yet!).
Pretty sure someone will figure out a cheap buff paladin deck soon enough. :)
Hey, whilst I have the attention of a staff member, can I ask what happened to Hearthpwn July 2019?
I randomly found the article saying Hearthpwn was closing June 28th, and I'm curious as to the fact that you're back. Nothing's changed (except all of my comments and titles were deleted. From be being offline for 1 year+, I assume), and the fact that it doesn't say Curse at the top anymore.
Curse (which was at that point owned by Fandom) decided they didn't want forums anymore for whatever reason they had, so they started closing down all the community sites, regardless of how successful they still were. HearthPwn was set to close too.
Enter a former Curse employee, integral to how both MMO-Champion and HearthPwn developed, and some buddies, who had started a company called "Magic Find". Magic Find made a deal with Curse/Fandom to buy up several of the closing or already closed sites.
That deal included HearthPwn.
Magic Find then reached out to me and others to see if we wanted to help bring back HearthPwn from the brink. Some said yes (like me) some decided to go their own way.
After they got an initial crew together to man the sites, Magic Find started to heavily re-invest time and energy and money into making HearthPwn and the other sites run better again and to make sure they would be sustainable again long term.
And they/we did exactly that. Site runs better and a lot of the processes that users like you see nothing of have been rewritten and re-made and the content and moderation team have been completely remade too (not counting the one old fart that stuck around through all this, a.k.a. me).
So, in less than a year the Magic Find team has brought the site back from being nearly closed, upgraded many of the processes and made sure that the site will be around long term.
So the future of HearthPwn is looking good again! :D
EDIT: HearthPwn was never actually closed though, it stayed open, but it did have an announced closing date, which is what you found.
Awesome!
That's a good story. I'm glad it was never fully closed :)
This is a great site. Thanks for helping run it
They just released a new class for the first time ever. Why wouldn't you wanna play it at least the first couple of days? It's the most enjoyable class for IMO even when losing.
LOL good luck playing anything on ladder right now.
Best f2p and not f2p deck: DH
f2p DH is almost better than all meta decks from 2 days ago lol
