I just found out! The "if you're holding a dragon" check happens _after_ the card draw.

So even if you don't actually have a dragon in your hand when you play it, if it topdecks a dragon for you, you still gain the mana crystal

Pre-nerf Wild Growth but with card draw as well. Such bullshit power creep -,-

A recycled card + another recycled card = faking strong and insane value!

Considering a lot of big dragons and stuff getting released and the meta potentially slowing, this will be fantastic, of course, specially on curve.

The only downside from Wild Growth is that if you draw it late in the game you can't use it and save a "0 mana draw a card" spell for later if necessary, and only draw if still holding a dragon if you need to.

A minor thing, but of course, we all remember all the times the 0 mana draw saved us or the opponent, checked for counterspell and etc.

Why don't u just use this cool art to another card? It draws a card and gives u mana crystal but a dragon attacking? weird

so that's why they nerfed wild growth

I'm actually not super sold on this card yet, i mean granted its a 2 mana draw and its not like Shiv is run for its phenomenal abillity to deal 1 damage.

Still the ramp effect only happens if you are holding a dragon in hand having to hard mulligan for this card and a dragon might be harder than it sounds.

Off course priest had twilight welp back in the day which kind of had a similar problem and it was still used in most decks, and this card has some vallue on the later turns as well (potentially being a 2 mana draw 2). 

All i'm saying is: playing this card at turn 2 to ramp and draw might not be as realistic as it seems

What is this even? Pre-nerf Wild Growth with a card draw slapped on top? Of course it requires dragon druid to be a thing, but that's some serious upside right there (especially when the good dragons want that ramp).

Ramp plus draw? Sign me in!!
