This is 1 mana discounts for a delayed random 4 mana minion. It's to fair, not broken enough. I would rather run counter spell to just stop my opponents spell.

Run both. If your opponent tries to play around Counterspell by tossing out a cheap spell, you make them waste their spell and you get a 4 mana minion.

Seems pretty good, very random and I dunno if I'd use it but it's interesting.
