Posted Aug 1, 2019 (Saviors of Uldum)Well, I think that this is even more broken in Wild. Mage always struggled against aggro, but there is a card that could destroy aggression, namely Ice Block. From the example of Kingsbane, we already know that tutors can be very powerful, and this card could boost Wild Control/Reno Mage by tutoring for Ice Block.

Posted Jul 31, 2019 (Rise of the Mech)Arcanologist saw play and this is 3 mana cheaper! Now just add it to the combo in current meta with Sorcerer's Apprentice, Elemental Evocation, and Mana Cyclone for insane synergy

Posted Jul 31, 2019 (Rise of the Mech)I was think of something like this, my thoughts were, 2 mana discover a secret, reduce its cost by 2, but this works. Not sure which is better.
