This card will be broken. If you think about the cards you play against. If this does not get removed then you are basically going face with every minion in your hand. Or, doing efficient trades out of your hand instead of on the board. I don't think the potential is glaring until we see the rest of the cards, but it's definitely broken. This effectively eats an explosive rune, and also good stats.
This card is seriously really good. I put it on par with Fandral in terms of strength (PLEASE DON'T TRY TO COMPARE THE EFFECTS...IM MERELY TALKING ABOUT STRENGTH). It has decent 4-drop stats and a good effect. That's it. Nothing flashy, nothing that says "battlecry: win the game,"....but think about it. If you don't remove this immediately, every minion you play to set up a trade with it....dies by choice to whatever the Hunter wants to play. You'll struggle to remove this on every turn past 4 if you don't remove it right away.
I shouldn't even be surprised by the community's inability to evaluate cards anymore. This is one of the most powerful cards in Hunter's entire arsenal and yet people are making and upvoting dust jokes. Congrats, you don't understand tempo.
Yeah I've got to agree, this card seems nuts to me. Can't believe some are calling it weak or insta-dust. Hunter wins games very quickly if it dominates the board, which this card will do.
Jokes aside, it's a VERY VERY VERY powerful card, having it survive a turn (which isn't hard due to high HP) just lets you dictate trades on the board, makes slow card fast ones, have synergy with deathrattles, and high attack/low health minions, a good example is Savannah Highmane.
A lot of low cost deathrattle minions are rotating though.
The question is if.. it overrides charge? which I hope it doesn't since it's a feel bad thing if it does.. which it seems to imply it does.. :/
Also what happens if you play this and thundra rhino at the same time, do the beasts have charge or rush?
I like the statline, it makes me think that you should play this in a midrange deck and just slam it on 4. If you pressured your opponent at all in the first three turns they likely wont kill it and you will get great trades turn 5. I don't see this as a control card, potential combos are way to expensive and less rewarding than with rhino
I don't think we can say for sure that this will be useful, we still haven't seen a lot of cards and we don't know how meta will work out BUT
It has serious potential, people keep saying that charge from tundra rhino is better than rush, but if you aim for board control there is no difference. This has +1/1 for one less mana over rhino, this can actually be played on curve. Playing rhino on turn 5 usually does nothing. 2/5 charge for 5 mana is just weak, and it's much easier to deal with 2/5 on turn 5 than it is to deal with 3/6 on turn 4. Rhino usually get's killed before u get real value from it, this has much higher chance to give you that value and it works on all minions not just beasts. If your opponent doesn't kill this on turn 4 you just won the board. People seriously underestimate this card.

Couldn’t agree more. Looks like we have a favorite for The Caverns Below award of laughed at strong legendary card.
Quest was my initial impression too. You could use this to keep the enemy’s minions off your face while you get your charge rhino and Carnassa herself out.
Welp Hunter will be the worst class again calling it now this card is the opposite of what they needed what a joke its useless in every fucking mode Standard Arena Wild it exists for dust that's what its purpose will be 1 star actually 0 star this card is disgustingly bad doesn't even deserve a star rating

I could see it working in Quest Hunter, but Quest Hunter needs more 1 mana minions that make one mana minions

Slow, but it has potential. I'm not overly excited about it right now, but if I happen to unpack it I'll definitely at least try it out.

edit: People comparing this to Tundra Rhino, 6 health is far better than 5 health, by a long shot.

If the meta slow down compared to now it might be solid. Butt right now or faster, not that good.
