Check out this long reddit thread, 1000+ posts now! I am excited for the upcoming nerfs! Here's what I expect:
1. Innervate becomes refresh two empty mana crystals
2. Ultimate infestation becomes draw 2 cards instead of 5
3. Spreading plague costs 6 mana
4. Swipe costs 5 mana
Those are the 4 most likely nerfs to happen. Wild growth(3 mana), savage roar(4 mana) and jade idol(no infinite) are also possible. Despite the nerfs, expect druid to still be anywhere from low tier 1 to mid tier 2 after the nerfs. They have so many OP cards that they can just either make do with the post nerfed cards or cut them for slightly weaker substitutes. Still, it's exciting druid will no longer be tier 0 and everywhere!
Everyone is ridiculous. The only problem with druid is the crazy amount of ramp they have now that they use nourish for ramp instead of card draw. UI isn't broken itself, it's how fast that they can play it that makes it unfair. Want to nerf druid but still stay true to some roots of it?
Nerf the ramping ability to be overloaded the next turn. I.E. play Wild Growth - gain empty crystal Overload(1)
Druid still keeps its ramp ability but slows them down to not completely out tempo the opponent. Do the same to Nourish(overload 2) and jade blossom(1) and mire(1) and druid will be managable again. No need to nerf innervate, UI, etc.
the only card they should've rethought about is spreading plague. Crazy amount of stall, completely unnecessary.
4 nerfs? What kind of crank are you high on? Innervate won't be touched. Swipe won't be touched. Plague is iffy. UI will see some sort of reduction and the draw is the main problem, so I tend to agree with that.

Innervate is core to the Druid theme as Joseph9100 stated previously. Doubt it will ever change. It's like nerfing Fireball or Frostbolt.
Ultimate Infestation definitely needs to be nerfed, but making it draw 2 cards completely ruins the "5" theme of the card, which Team5 was obviously going for. They'd probably remove the "deal 5 damage" or "summon a 5/5" part.
Spreading Plague 6 mana I could see happening, but imo, the card's not a massive problem.
Swipe is a great card, but far from overpowered. Changing it to 5 mana would make it completely unplayable.
Blehh,can't wait to play vs Priest and 6 Obsidian Statues or Machinegun Heropower..... Gotta switch to aggro I guess.
Like I said before, I play a game where I take a drink every time I summon an Obsidian Statue. As far as the Heropower goes, I often forget to ping them (it's free after Raza) and still win.

My money is on either Spreading Plague or Jade Idol, or both. I think Innervate is too much of a cornerstone card for other archetypes like Ramp Druid to be nerfed.
I was hoping for plague to be 1/3 or at least 1/4 taunts. Swipe doesn't need touching. Innervate I'd like to see touched and the Wild Growth not giving you excess mana. Nourish should give empty mana crystals and UI should shatter 5 of your crystals.

Just don't disenchant any druid cards before the nerf.
You can't gain dust on nerfs anyway. There are situations where you can gain dust or free cards when cards are moved to the Hall of Fame, but Innervate, Wild Growth and Swipe are all basic cards and therefore uncraftable. Nourish and Gadgetzan Auctioneer seem like the most likely Hall of Fame candidates from the Classic set, but I don't really expect them to touch those two cards over all the other possible changes they could make. In any case, they typically announce their action before they implement it, so you'll probably have time to prepare.

I play 90% of time hunter.. and when I put him under presure he plays that shit. 6x 2/1, 3/2, 4/2 etc minions on my side and 6x 1/5 taunt on his.. What i am supposed to do? How it punished him? He dont play it when he has 4 minions and i have 5..
Spreading plague seems the most problematic. Only way to kill druid is to flood and rush face. This card completely shuts down aggro and makes Druid the all-round powerhouse it is today. Plus it's ridiculous with their buffs. Ultimate infestation will probably not be touched.

Ah good old Brode with announcements about announcements. Nerf probably won't happen very quickly though sadly.

Well i Hope they will just nerf plague and ui and not swipe and the other basic/classic Cards, i hate druid Rn but dont want it to be beside hunter

Awesome, hopefully, at least, Innervate will see some kind of nerf. Might be all that's needed really.
I really hope for a nerf to Jade Idol, to not make every control deck bad against it.
And a nerf to Spreading Plague, as it shuts down just about every aggro deck.

OK, can someone tell me what's wrong with Swipe? I remember, that the devs also mentioned this card. But why? Because it's an auto-inclusion? Like every other god-damn card in other classes - Fiery War Axe, Truesilver Champion, Kill Command, Preparation, Fireball etc etc

Spreading plague is only strong because everybody and their mothers are playing board filling decks.
The thing I like about Spreading Plague is it is a good anti-aggro tool that punishes BOTH players for playing minions.
