Seems good but won't find a home. This doesn't really synergize with the spell-spamming elemental cards. It feels like it belongs in a minion-based deck and that never worked for Mage. Its only saving grace would be to cheat it out with Elemental Evocation.
Lackey decks don't need this unless the meta becomes ultra greedy. They have enough value and would much rather have tempo. Will see experimentation but not consistent play i think.
Finally something that could force armor spamming warriors to stop and think every once in a while. The version of "remove your stuff and buff my health to infinity + infinite value" control deck has always been anti-fun. There's a reason why people call it "No fun allowed"-Warrior.
Now they need to think if they want to use another armor card and risk getting it burned off. No one in their right mind would ever include two of these in their decks so they can bait out the singleton and continue happily stacking armor.
This doesn't destroy warrior. Maybe the class will finally start playing the control game differently. It also finally gives a slight chance to win to combo decks vs warrior. I'm happy to see some cards are being printed to force the class to do something in the earlier stages of the game instead of just armor stack and brawl. Boring as fck.
A deck with multiple cards which received a "dust it"-rating and in an archetype (handbuff) which was considered mediocre at best. I'd say this is the homebrewer's wet dream. Well done Sir.
Overrated. Of the non-secret decks only a highlander deck would run it as there are better options for other mage variants. Don't forget that 1) your opponent can play around it (IE they can let their board get rekt and then refill it, they can play DR minions that want to die,...) and 2) can destroy it with secret hate cards.
As for secret mage: Generally these are tempo decks. They don't want cards like this because by the time you lose your board and they hit your face, you're probably already screwed. Could be Blizzard wants to set up a burn secret mage where you stall the game and go for face damage. Also, no secret cheating cards or secret tutoring means Secret mage will be crap. Maybe there will be more support for this archetype in the rest of the set. I wouldn't be surprised.

I think it's deceptively powerful due to synergy with lackeys.

Perfect for the elemental spell spam deck. Helps activate Elemental Allies en bridge the time gap when looking for more cheap spells to cyclone with.

Oh you're right. I misread it, my bad. Could be decent then but not many juice targets in this meta.

They will probably print some handbuff support for this. Would have made more sense in Paladin imo.

This card is playable but they seem to be pushing Dragon Druid hard...

Clearly, meme-meta defining. 5 stars.

Very good card in token generating decks.

Won't go in the typical thief rogue deck. Fits in a tempo rogue with the new Mummy cats. Meta defining imo.

Think it will be too slow. Don't see it work tbh.

Annoying arena card to face but won't see constructed play. Too unreliable.
