Some people say that this is nerfed. Can anyone explain to me how?

If you play this guy with both Potion of Illusion and Blizzard/Frost Nova in your deck, it will be very difficult not to win. You can pretty much keep your opponent completely locked down while you whittle them away with your minions that they can't touch outside of pings and spells. And even then, you have plenty of 1-cost Tortollans in your hand to keep the streak going as long as you have Potion of Illusion in your deck.

The only hard-counter to this is Flik Skyshiv, who will take out all Tortollans in your opponent's field, deck, and hand. 

This guy is very strong in Big Spell Mage, the deck runs Blizzard, Nova, Pocket Galaxy, Conj (of course) and Puzzle, you will always get a good choice, a 5/5 Plus pocket galaxy to keep tempo, Blizzard to board clear and gain tempo, nova to stall, and this boy can conj itself create 2 8-drops and give you the twinspell on hand, and as a hail mary there is always yogg.

Put two of these Tortollans with a Baleful Banker or two, 2 Puzzle Boxes, 2 Deck of Wonders, Yogg-Saron, Hope's End... The dream is only just beginning
