(Not mentioned here are the class quests which also all cost 1 mana. There are games where you have chosen to
shuffle your quest in the deck, especially when you only face fast aggro decks and don't have The Coin.
This is very meta depending, though.)
So we know what archetypes would be affected for this meta, but when the set is released, we will see new deck archetypes (like frost shaman) and those might want to play Frost Shock. I think besides Jade Druid, the class (not the archetype) that suffers the most from Skulking Geist is Paladin: loosing all secrets is bad in wild for Mysterious Challenger decks and some good buff cards makes also quest paladin worse.
There are not much cards in the game which have a huge impact on the meta. This is one of them.

I'm thinking this isn't really Ice Block.
1. It activates after taking any damage, so can be procced at 30 HP
2. You become immune after taking the damage, so you could die before the secret takes effect.

I played Priest against Lord Marrowgar and he thought stole Auchenai Soulpriest into hero power. EZ

Giving the Horsemen Divine Shield is a good way to increase chances of them surviving, which synergises with other cards.

Like Wrathion but with Deathrattle?
Or does it add the card to you hand and you have to cast it again for 2 mana?

Let's say deal 5 damage is comparable to Fireball
Let''s say draw 5 cards is comparable to 2.5 Arcane Intellect or 1.66 Nourish
Let's say gain 5 Armour is comparable to Iron Hide
Let's say Summon a 5/5 is comparable to [card]Stranglethorn Tiger[/card] (minus stealth)
4 + ~7 + 1 + 5 = 17
That's approximately 17 mana (give or take 3 or 4 mana depending on how you value certain aspects) in one card. This is insane, and ultimate Yogg value. Not sure if the Control druid archetype exists, but this would be an auto-include.

Can be used at own minions (Sindragosa tokens, Hex frogs, etc)
