I dont let the conversation with other players almost always. I am more happy in the game. In fact I cant be aware about salty people and I am less salty.
I am only salty when the RNG part destroy the game. RNG should not affect the outcome of the match. If a player played bad, he/she should be punished, not to be assisted by card power.
I used to love interacting with my opponent, and I always thought those people screaming for an auto-squelch option were babies. But, now, the BM is so bad, that I greet and then squelch almost every game. And the roping! Why? Don't people have better things to do with their time? I try to figure out my next move while they are roping and go.
I have to agree with you. I don't see many people roping on purpose tho. But jeez, I really hate those who spam emotes after some highrolls or lucky moments or when they are about to win. I started playing this game in december 2017 and this season is the first one that made me auto squelch everyone because this game is suddenly filled with toxic people. I can expect this from low ranked players, but even legends? Druids have become worse than what priest players used to be. I see this game going down with such a community.
Lol saltiness and toxicity. Go play some Overwatch or LoL and then come back here. I don't know if your fragile feelings survive in these games though.
Why I get salty: when I face an Odd Rogue in todays weeks Tavern Brawl with the exact same deck (almost lost). And what makes it even more annoying is that when I was about to win he decided to disconnect so rope. I feel like players like these always do it like this.

This. People feel superior because they play autopilot decks and when rng helps them. Decks that require the least skill have the highest WR, which makes me salty. Outplaying your opponent should be rewarded, but 9/10 somehow the fool highroles it gets some bullshit card lets them win anyway regardless if playing like a dumbass.
I mostly play control decks and it sucks when hunter wins purely by rolling huffer twice in a row and hitting my face while completely ignoring my board. Same goes for zoolock. It's hard to not be salty, when you are at 8 life, your opponents has no board, no cards, draws soulfire, hits your face for 4, taps, gets soulfire again and kills you.
I know this is not a salt thread, but I feel like this is the main reason I get salty - because of RNG, lucky draws and opponents that just throw everything they have at my face without thinking.
I hate facing the meta decks. They decide the game experience I am going to have and I want long chill games with choices instead of stressful short games where you just hope to draw the right cards. Imagine smash bros with a variety of stages and chars but all your friends only want to play fox on final destination. Yeah f* u.

I understand what you're saying, but I also understand why people play meta decks. Playing netdecks means winning more and that means you can afford to buy more packs and have more new cards and therefore play with the bigger variety of decks. (At least that's why I play meta decks, so I can save up more gold to play any deck that seems like fun to me)

It's not that only you are getting unlucky, I am sure many times you yourself have rolled "double Huffer" rng to win.
Not to sound entitled (which this will to some degree). Hearthstone is an expensive game, especially if you want to experience the game to its max. By that I mean playing the decks that you want to play and not being limited by your collection at all times. So that being said, a lot of us pay good money to play this game. I can't speak for others but that means I expect a balanced, and fun experience. At the moment the game is actually pretty good, but there are problems. Druid in particular, as a wild player (My majority played format), Druid is shaping the format so much that a lot of decks are pushed out. So what does that mean... I'm facing either Druid, in its many forms, even shaman, odd paladin, or odd rogue. That's my meta, everyday I play at rank 3 or rank 2. So yeah... I'm salty as fuck.

Sure, we all highroll sometimes and that's why people are salty the most, in my opinion. That was my whole point, I wasn't trying to say that I'm getting lucky or unlucky more than the other, just that people are mostly salty when the opponent highrolls.

Oh I missed the point, sorry. When I get low rolled, I try to remember the last time I high rolled to not get salty.

It has definitely gotten worse. :(

FU OP, I'm not f-ing salty, u r. U r jus unable to understanf my prly articikulated argoomints.
Also, people like to complain, trolling is still fashionable, and no one likes to admit that they have aspects of their game they need to improve.

Because it's better to be angry on the internet about a video game than to take that anger out on real people or things in real life.
Not saying it's healthy. But it sure beats breaking my desk again.

The only thing that makes me salty is when rng defeats me.
Outplaying and losing
