Secret Mage is fine but Quest Mage is ultra broken, I just concede against these abominations.

They want Priest to big minion, have it stick for a turn then give it lifesteal to heal. What they don't realise that Priest sticking a minion is almost impossible in a meta where every other minion (except Priest ones) has rush.

How did priest get better, they lost all of their card draw. Why are they so popular all of a sudden
Because they got new cards while others classes are 3 months old at this point.

Im playing Highlander Priest with galakrond and Highlander mage is pretty much easy to beat. I rly don’t care about Mage.
But tbh i’m playing priest exclusively since beta and yes, it’s boring as fuck to play against priest and i hate it when priest is in the meta.
I NEVER played Priest Meta Decks, completely avoid to play degenerate Resurrect Priest. I always tried to play fun or meme decks.
I would love to play a pro-active minion based priest deck but Blizzard decided to not give us the tools we need to build a deck like this
Highlander Mage is one of the hardest matchups for any Priest deck. Are you sure you are not queuing in Wild accidentally ?

Rating cards is not very insightful, a card can be super broken but still won't see much play if not supported by other cards and the meta. I would rather have people rate deck archetypes than individual cards.
Archetypes Priest has in the next expansion are Tempo, Resurrect, Highlander and Dragon Midrange. Tempo Priest and Dragon Midrange Priest are going to be super trash. Tempo Priest has no draw and Midrange Dragon Priest neither has good dragons (like Duskbreaker or Dr. OP) nor good support cards (like Alexstrasza's Champion or Twilight acolyte)
Highlander Priest should be legend viable but not much more. Problem is that Highlander can neither deal with hyper aggro that Hunter and Demon Hunter are going to be nor the extreme value generation that Mage and Rogue will be capable of. One bad turn and you are dead.
Resurrect Priest is going to be best Priest deck, which is very sad, same archetype at tier 2 at best for over 2 years, wtf. Cloning Gallery, Mass Hysteria and Zilliax rotating will hurt but rest of deck is pretty much the same. Soul Mirror can replace Gallery and Hysteria to some degree and probably Bone Wraith/Catrina/Renew can fill the remaining place depending on the meta.

Thought nobody would reply after my last post here, lol.
So in the end I 'purged' my collection to make Velen, but then decided to disenchant Amet and other goldens I was keeping to craft the remaining cards. Seemed like a better profit than waiting for a possible nerf.
People played him (you can still play him but Galakrond package is better) in Rez Priest because he is really good with reborn minions like Khartut and Bone Wraith. Zetalot plays him in Highlander Priest, where he synergies with most minions early game or late. He can turn a 2 drop late game into a 4 drop, make deathrattle/reborn minions super annoying and sticky and early game he snowballs super hard especially against decks that don't run lot of removal and are board focused.
He is universally good, basically Priest's Edwin, and I think it is pretty clear that anyone that wants to play Rogue needs to have Edwin.
Ohh I see. Guess I'll craft him back if Priest gets an interesting deck.
Seems time consuming, but I actually went to disenchant some duplicates and realized how many crappy commons/rares/epics are, not only in the sets rotating but in the Year of the Dragon too.
So instead of the legendaries and Amet, start there. Before dusting, make some calculations first on how much dust you can get, specially from bad cards. You'll very likely get it without even trying too much (depending on your collection).
Then later when you need it or when Amet rotates, you can dust him.
Out of desperation, dust Amet. You'll get 3200 back anyway, and a profit of 1600. If Amet turns meta and you want to play Priest, you can craft it back anyways. The profit matters more.
Did the latter to craft all the HoF cards. Too bad I didn't read your message before purging my collection haha.
Thanks for the responses! I'll be seeing you guys on the new expansion.
Wise decision because it doesn't look like Priest is getting an interesting deck anytime soon, we will probably be playing the same old rez deck with new legendary spell instead of Cloning Gallery.

I don't understand how they can fuck random cards like Kingsbane and Living roots so hard in a patch which has literally nothing to do with these cards. My mind can't comprehend the level of spaghetti in HS's source code.

Effect change is trivial and others don't matter at all. So basically nothing.

I have never heard Blizz banning in HS for exploiting minor bugs like this one but they sure do that in WoW, so better not dust it.
