Point 1 and 2. Often times, when I play against a Mecha'thun warlock, their hand consists of 4+ cards. I know that the list will change after the rotation (if people find A way to kill this bad boy), but dumping your hand is not as easy as you think. And I won't talk about point 1, where it's super unlikely to have Mecha'thun being in the last 3 cards, unless there is a neutral legendary, which rearranges cards in your deck from the lowest cost to the highest.
awful for standart, 8 mana just big demon is nothing and you must tap for potentially summon something useful (you can draw spell and it will be just shity minion with overprice). But for wild, it will be something in cube or dr lock. Skull pull it and you have full mana for tap, if it will be a spell, you doesn't care, you got 0 mana 5-7, you can resummoned this with Gul'Dan and, if he summoned doomguard, you can cube it with all your 8 mana remaining.
Thia card is bad, even for cubelock. If you can cheat it out early, sure, it's a 5/7 but most of the time it's an 8 drop sitting in your hand that you don't want to play. Warlock has better statted demons which haven't seen play in cubelock and you generally want to cheat out a better demon from your hand. Imagine if you had a voidlord and this in your hand and skull pulls this out. It's bad on its own and without consistent draw of minions which can benefit from this, it will continue to be bad. I rate it Dr. Morrigan bad.
I don't think this will work. It's a board control card and it has a really strong effect. IF it survives long enough to make use of it. And that's the issue. You can't combo it since it is too expensive, it doesn't affect the board immediately and at 8 mana the body will die to nearly anything the opponent will be able to play. Against aggro and midrange, if you can afford to play this and it survives, it is a win more card. Against control, the effect can be great to remove blockers or maybe summon leeroy, but the chances that it survives are slim.
I like the card, but I think it is much too expensive. As a 4 mana 3/5 maybe. Or even cheaper, but then it likely will snowball as hell...
Seems bad, unless there is further support to be revealed. To get any impact out of this at all you're basically going to have to play The Soularium and hope it draws you some big minions or ones with a powerful deathrattle. Even then, it's far from a game-breaking combo or anything, just a high-tempo play that's still pretty situational in its uses. More complicated combos involving stuff like Mecha'thun seem fanciful, to say the least.
The effect is good, think the card is too expensive to see play in any decks without some pretty specific support.
I don't think this one is good, but it will definitely be interesting to experiment and build around. It really depends, what kind of minions warlock get in the new set, since it's losing sooo much good stuff with the rotation.

Mecha'thun would get discarded but hoping for having mecha'thun in last 3 cards is wishful thinking
That's how meme decks work
Two factors are unreliable here:

Ok nvm. You were joking with your previous post.

Will play this from Raafam or Academic Espionage so kinda like it. Will not play it normally.
Not sure if hyped yet.
Mechathun has been drawn with the solarium and would be discarded.

Soularium
This leg is bad. Just give me Rafaam to my mid-zoo & I`m ready to punch your faces trying to make all these nonsence new cards to work...
At least the art is cool. Not sure about that effect at 8 mana though.
Release the Kraken!
This card is absolutely terrible at 8 mana.
Don't forget Sense Demons.
In wild, seems extremely Strong with, Voidcaller, Possessed Lackey and Skull of the Man'ari + not a problem that they die at the end of the turn, Guldan DK will revive it all. Bloodbloom
In standard, ok but not exceptional unless having a deathrattle centric deck (Rin, the last disciple... oops wild again :d).

If they add a card to summon a demon at low cost... this thing is going to be EXREMELY strong i think it's too soon to vote It.
Trash.
Only use that I see is playing this and then playing Sense Demons. Oh, waith, sense demons is 3 mana. Yea, this card is utter garbage, 400 dust.
Could be fun with pandas. Draw minion>bounce the copy to your hand.
Doesn't really open up any possibilities any more than Dollmaster did, though. So, I doubt it will be used that way.
in wild combo with sense demons but still bad since you have to get discount and don't draw demons early
Too high a mana cost to really combine the effect with something. You ideally want deathrattle minions.
