As the results of the small survey of yours show, there aren't a lot of players "at school". I have thought of that and came to the conclusion that threats like these get visited mostly by older people, whereas the younger players stick with playing the game who aren't really interested in threads like this. This is my personal observance and it might differ from the theme and title of the threat because most younger players don't want to show how young they really are. Mostly because of judgmental reasons.

Still, I am one of those "younger" players, currently 17 and in my last year of college.

My personal experience and thoughts are that the majority of those BMing are younger and a little immature. But emotions "happen" to everyone and though younger players thrive to let them take over when playing, older players still can't shut them out and there are some  "adults" that haven't really grown mature enough to ignore BMs.

Sorry to hear about your Christmess (pun intended) though. Hope shit's better now ^^

This is because yonger people are not very common on such forums.

posted a message on Hunter killer decks?

Its actually better to run both in your spell hunter deck. Rexxar is a strong value card and will turn your deck from aggressive into control. Zul'jin is a strong tempo card that let's you make a huge turn, but that's it.

You can play spell hunter without any of them, but your winrate will be higher if at least one of them is included in your deck. In my opinion, Rexxar is still better.

Hey so I have a gold The Marsh Queen card, but I haven't been able to find any decks for it that are right for me. Should I dust for Deathstalker Rexxar? I would really like to dust for Deathstalker Rexxar.

If you're F2P and don't have that much spare dust, I wouldn't really recommend crafting cards that will rotate to wild in 4 months. But if you're planning to play wild then getting rid of hunter's quest and crafting Rexxar DK is a good choice. Card is strong and fun to play.

posted a message on The Pepper Thread - Share your good vibes!

I wanted to play tavern brawl before going to bed, lost two games pretty fast to aggressive decks and then got matched with a warrior and I had no idea what his deck was, he had all control and tempo and aggro cards in his deck. But the worst part is that it took him forever to make his turns. He roped every single fucking turn not because he was actually roping, but simply because he was a slowpoke.

After a 40 min game I conceded because I was flaming so hard and also wanted to sleep pretty badly. I added him just to ask why the hell he was so slow. Turned out he was a pretty nice guy that was just eating pizza and he offered me a 80g quest.

    Not salty anymore.

posted a message on A real cool idea how to make Combo more balance

Using Hemet in Mecha'thun decks isn't cheating out the combo. Hemet was designed for thinning your deck so you wouldn't draw you wanted to get rid of asap.

Interesting idea though, but why do we need to nerf combo decks?

posted a message on F2P, how many packs do you usually open each expansion?
    Quote from Dragonson >>

Man, how come the rank 5 - 1 is so many among F2P?  Can you guys share your point of view? How can you build a tier 1 deck with 60 - 80 packs open?

You don't need a tier 1 deck with all legendaries and epics to reach rank 5 and legend

I'm in love with all the flavour of this expansion. It just feels very satisfying to play some new cards and decks. Also even rogue is fun; surrender to madness priest is also extremely fun (when it works lol); zentimo is such a cool card with unstable evolution; healadin probably won't be competitve but its an enjoyable deck; spirits are really great, much better than I thought; Gonking your opponents is the best thing in this expansion; Whizbang decks are much MUCH better now.

    Dragon's Fury

This card for sure without a doubt. If played in a control mage deck It's a 5 mana, deal 4-10 damage to everything.

what do you have thats 4? Fireball?

     Polymorph obviously

posted a message on which matches you enjoy the most?

I hate playing priest, but playing Thief priest vs Quest priest, where I get to steal his Amara and my opponent manages to get a Benedictus and we play multiple copies of these cards. Now these kind of 50 turn games are extremely fun.
