Does the copy still retain any buffs from the original? The wording implies that it doesn't. The card was originally created to push hand buffs though, remember?..
I said it in the other thread and I will say it in this one as well - mark my words, zoolock will still use it. Yes, this won't summon a buffed body, but this is still good in board flooding decks. In the past aggro/tempo decks fought for board control and this card still helps you in this regard.
I mean, it doesn't do anything to wild. If players are really wanting to still run a shutterwock deck in wild, they'll just run Doppelgangster.
It doesn't have taunt, 1 more mana is which slower, and is more vulenrable to more board clear, especially a cute aoe board clear like normal Consecration and Lightning Storm. Doubt it will see play.

If they print another neutral 'Summon a copy of this minion' card in the next expansion it'll just be hilarious. Odd thing is, if they're doing this for Wild, what about Doppelgangster? Won't that still work?
They even call out in the developers notes that this nerf is aimed at Shudderwock, so I will find it very upsetting if they don't provide a dust refund FOR shudderwock.

I'm convinced that the nerf should have gone to Grumble or Shudderwock itself, but mainly Grumble. I never crafted him because of how broken I realised the combo was, and could never be fucked with waiting for my own turn to take +5mins. So I would use Shudderwock as I think was intended and not as a piece of shit. I'd get 3-4 shudders on the board , hopefully buffed and have to play around AoE and full board clears whilst using him as a finisher. Now he's just lame.
Happy with the nerfs, not this one though.
And yeah I know there's wild and dopplegangster, been playing the game for fucking ever.

Should probably be - battlecry: summon another saronite chaing gang which keeps any enchantments from this card.
Card was supposed to be good in handbuff strategies.

Unintended/stealth nerf to hand buffs. Which is a shame.
Then again Saronite already really powerful card on its own before buffs are added.
Would probably have preferred to see a more direct nerf to shudderwock than this back door way of nerfing it.

if buff the chain gang will another chain gang will be buffed? or just a 2/3 taunt
It'll just be a 2/3 Taunt. It now summons a new, blank Saronite Chain Gang.
