This card has a lot of potential in classes that don't have a lot of 5+ mana spell. Think Shaman, Rogue, warrior.. It can guarantee a Bloodlust or a Vanish when needed, and still offer solid Sapphire Spellstone or Sprint in different matchups. Lot of flexibility, and rather small discover pool could make this a sleeper.
The more I think of it, the better it gets. Let's be clear: this is an arena card that you would pick only in a control / attrition deck archetype. It becomes a decent card in the late game, when tempo is no longer the focus, and the mere act of playing it deters your opponent from building a board.
At 5 mana, this card would be amazing for almost every class. At 6 mana, it is playable for Mage, Priest, Warrior, and possibly Shaman.
so the trick here is to use it in a deck where you can get a good (deck fitting) card with at best 100%. As said the 6 mana is one to much and thus the card might fall out of competative decks but some might use one of it.
I think this card sits in a grey area. If there is a stupid spell in standard that you want more of that costs 5 or more after the next rotation, this card could be everywhere in that class. It also a pretty decent arena card if there is any insane spell to pick up off this that would help the deck you have built.
This card is really, really good in Even Shaman. The one thing the deck lacked was a way to leverage a large board, and being damn near guaranteed to pull either Bloodlust or The Storm Bringer accomplishes that.
I had heard it discussed that this is a good card for Shaman (or potentially Hunter) because there are so few spells of said cost so you can somewhat reliably draw the spells of that class which you may want.
Of course, it is limited in how good it is, but it is certainly true that there is a place for it in a few decks here and there, thus it's hard to say that it is bad.

Still slow as hell though
you can get spreading plague to stall
you can get nourish if you have ult but no ramp
you can get ult if you dont have it yet
more consistent ult on 10??
Seems arena man.
the effect is great, very powerful discover but not worth over 3 mana though, not even close.
Carpe Diem - Seize the day
Druid replacement for an Ui bc you can discover it..?
Top level arena card, with a guaranteed flamestriske.

Bloodlust in even shaman
Disclaimer: I'm bad at evaluating cards (and english)
formula I used: 100% - (nb)/(na)*(nb-1)/(na-1)*(nb-2)/(na-2)*100%
na - total number of spells
nb - number of bad cards, or not good cards
Mage:
97,1% for not a bad card, 71,4% for a good card
Warlock:
100% for not a bad card, 90% for a good card
Druid:
100% for not a bad card, 88,6% for a good card
Hunter:
100% for not a bad card, 60% for a good card
Paladin:
100% for not a bad card, 53,2% for a good card
Priest:
98,2% for not a bad card, 45,5% for a good card
Rogue:
95% for not a bad card, 0% for a good card
Shaman:
100% for not a bad card, 60% for a good card
Warrior:
80% for not a bad card, 50% for a good card
so the trick here is to use it in a deck where you can get a good (deck fitting) card with at best 100%. As said the 6 mana is one to much and thus the card might fall out of competative decks but some might use one of it.
