I can't afford the whole mage deck. Still playing it though. Seems fun. I'm guessing I need the Giants and the draw mostly. But that alone is 1600 dust.

yeah, that's my deck. ha ha.
and yes, it's great. it's highly aggressive and you can get huge amounts of card advantage. You can always play the Carpets version as well though as it's only 2 x more epics and the rest of the cards for that list are all really cheap. both lists run rafaam, sea giants etc (a lot of people don't run leeroy in the carpets deck, I like to though)
You can also do a Jumbo Shrimp deck, but you'd want to forgo the whole plot twist, brood mother thing as shuffling your jumbo imps back into the deck would not be a good idea.
They are the 3 best versions of zoo IMO. I know someone on here that has a good jumbo imp deck as well if you want to check that out (it's quite high rated so will be easy to find, but a user named "Monki" or something.
really though what you spend the dust on depends what you have already and want to play pretty much. Only spend it on something that helps you complete a deck.
electra is a great card, but not important to really decide matches. zentimo is more memy atm, it seems. houndmaster definitely is a safe craft, because he rocks in any deck that is not a beast hunter deck. he has more impact than electra, if you ask me. no idea how s9 is doing, but s9 is *very* meta dependent, so i don't like the card at all. secret paladin & s9? maybe. flark? yeah, it's great right now, but it used to be trash and it easily can fall out of favor again. would not advise crafting him.
as for zuljin i would rather advise to go the spell-midrange hunter version, i myself enjoy it a lot and it's good. can even outfatigue elysiana warriors if you can be careful with your resources.
if you crafted a lot for shaman it might be good to pursue the route and go with electra & farsights. that way you should always have cards to play the strongest shaman deck around. plus at this very moment it seems it's a card you can make very good use of. but note that most of the time electra just feels like you had another copy of the spell in hand that you copied. but then you leave a 3/3 on the board. which really is great, but you rarely combine her with a spell that costs less than 3 mana, so for turn 6+ that effect is just not that huge. and unlike godfrey, if combined with board clears, she dies usually as well. so ... nice to have, won't affect your win rates too much.
if you wanna be flexible then i personally can recommend shaw more than electra - he is a huge threat on the board if left unchecked. right now decks with masters call do very well, but i guess he is being run in mech hunters. and he will be an auto include in any non-spell non-beast hunter deck to come, because his effect is just one the strongest that had ever been attached to such a strong and solid body, i.e., even on curve this card is just great.
Electra has turned out to be great. Using her in one of my control decks, I used her tonight to cast visions twice, get rain of toads and blood lust :D cast rain of toads for free and totem up (I already had a totem and electra down)
dude takes out one of my frogs I think, I blocked his oondasta/king kush combo then get lethal next turn with the blood lust.
I don't know how I was living without this card before. She can completely close out games alone based on the combo with visions. I had Krag'wa loaded up and ready to give me stuff back as well rather than go lethal with the blood lust if things had went a different way... also had a hex in hand and removal and magic power totem up etc. had loads of ways to move for ward.
I definitely rate electra pretty high now I've seen the impact she can have on a game, especially a game that was about swing for my opponent if I'd not rolled rain of frogs there. being able to double discount it meant I could also play it as well. Yeah man, use this card if you play shaman.
zoo is generally good, but don't trust hsreplay unless you pay. because the rates there speak of overall performance - and zoo is great to farm at lower ranks.

what does it cost to get the proper stats? I seen what it's like when you pay, and it's completely different as there's different tier lists for level ranges.

you won't always be lucky with visions. plus electra plays surely *feel* powerful, but the fact that you need to pay 3 mana extra to double your spell is a hefty price to pay in many occasions (which is rewarded by leaving a 3/3 body behind). Nonetheless glad for you that you enjoy her :)

^^^ What he said ^^^.
When crafting legendarys the general rule of thumb is consistency. The ones that do not follow this guideline usually falls into the getting them from packs of having enough dust lying around and don’t know what to do.
Thx for the input tho, i never gave Electra much thought but I will look into her more closely now that you’ve pointed out some of her strengths
I put my dust towards mage and giants for now... have a really cool list Asmodai is playing that I want to try. Still missing allot of cards But I dont mind too much have other decks for climbing.
Hey Slyde just a few questions about Mech Hunter which appears to be a Tier 1 deck right now...the vast majority of decks I've seen are running Flark and not running Shaw, and even less Oblivitron (who was a staple previously but is nowhere to be seen these days), what are you thoughts on Flark being Tier 1, Shaw Tier 2 and Oblivitron Tier 3?

There are essentially 2 different Mech Hunter archetypes in the current meta. There is the old and busted Deathrattle Hunter and there is the new hotness Bomb Hunter. They have a bunch of overlap as there are decent exclusive mechs like Venomizer, Ursatron, and Spider Bomb.
Deathrattle Hunter uses Oblivitron to cheat out Mechanical Whelp and make a powerful board that is Brawl resistant. The problem was though that it wasn't Sap resistant at all, and to fix that required a huge overhaul into
Bomb Hunter which instead of going tall, focuses on making a wide board with many little mechs, mech support minions, and Goblin Bombs (note: don't actually use the Goblin Bombcard) and many many magnetic cards. Where deathrattle mech hunter was similar to handlock, bomb mech hunter is similar to zoolock. Boommaster Flark shines here due to him being a wide board in a single card, however, he certainly isn't the backbone legendary of the deck (that honor goes to Ziliax).
This brings us to the hunter legendaries and where they fit into the meta.
Boommaster Flark - Just because bomb hunter is good you shouldn't go out of your way to craft Flark yet. Being a zoo deck, the longer you're playing, the likelihood of a win gets lower and lower and playing a 7 mana minion that doesn't change the board state doesn't win you games. Tier 2 as he is helpful but don't go expecting miracles. Craft the rest of the deck, play a bit, and if you really enjoy it, then craft Flark.
Zul'jin - Still quite the solid Tier 2 late game legendary. He works best in decks that play lots of secrets, summoning spells, and Deadly Shot. Unfortunately hunter damage spells (with the exception of Multi-Shot) don't differentiate between friendlies and enemies so plan your deck accordingly.
Houndmaster Shaw - Alas poor Shaw. He doesn't fit into midrange beast hunter as Master's Call requires only beast minions in order to be viable. He isn't needed in bomb hunter due to magnetic minions having soft charge. He isn't that useful in secret hunter as your big plays often happen on your opponent's turn. In a vacuum he's still amazing, but in this meta he's a solid Tier 3.
Oblivitron - Rogues are rampant right now which means that this thing sits at Tier 3. Even if you removed Sap, there is zoolock and token druid that prey upon Obliv's greed.
Vereesa Windrunner - Spell damage hunter is a failing archetype and Vereesa's best use seems to be as support in other archetypes. That doesn't mean that she's trash, just that she's Tier 4.
King Krush - Now that insane mana cheating Kathrena Winterwisp has rotated, the King slides back into the Tier 4. He still has synergy with Master's Call and he can be useful as a replacement for Flark or even Zul'jin while you consider crafting them. Don't craft him of course, but if you have him simply because you've been playing a while, don't go out of your way to dust him.
Halazzi, the Lynx - He can be used to over inflate Scavenging Hyena but that's about it. Unfortunately, even though he is a beast, to get actual value from him you need Spirit of the Lynx which negates Master's Call. He's a Tier 4 loa so he's still better than Jani, the Saurid, loa of trash... or Hir'eek, the Bat, loa of actual trash hearthstone legendary cards.
Emeriss - He was never really any good even in the days of Dire FrenzyStonetusk Boar decks where he tried to rise above the Tier 5 trash that he is. He does often get played in this meta, but it's only by warlocks.
Flark's Boom-Zooka - Even paired with good deathrattle minions and Nine Lives this card can't rise out of the Tier 5 shadows. Oh well, at least there are memes.
well.... if you'd ever dust cho, then you can open him again. i want to keep myself from that agony, so once i open him (surely my next classic legend) i will not dust him either. celestia .... luckily i don't have her. she'd be dust once she rotates out (i have enough dust to sustain all my crafting desires until the next rotation ;))

Soo uhm what's your opinion on the upcoming buff changes? Is this a reason to write a warning in the OP stating that people should be cautious when dusting weak cards? I know, I know - we can't predict which cards will get this treatment or when we will see this again (either next expansion, in a year from now or it might take longer than that), but the news about enhancing old and weak cards came out of nowhere and some users regret dusting their legendaries. I saw you put some plus signs near the affected cards, but I meant if you could warn the users to be careful in the future.

I consider Lorewalker Cho to be a Tier 4 card. It has uses. They aren't great, but they are there.
Harbinger Celestia on the other hand is just a bad card.
What happened to the unicorn icon? (I am running this page on chrome)

that moment when priest has every legendary in the 2 last tiers... and most of them in the last one... :(
i want the priest era again
He appears a little above where he should some times, idk why and I don't think it is a biggie.
Or was it something else?
