How to fit Shaku, the Collector in this deck?

I wanna try out Shaku, the Collector for funsies and a little more early board presence would be nice. Would the best substitution be to remove Swashburglar? I know it's not a great deck for laddering, but it can currently get me to rank 10ish and its a blast to play. :)

Jade Swarmer is really pointless here, Aya too. Better aim for Mistress or Zombie.

Probably Conceal, as it doesn't have any obvious synergies I'm seeing. May be too 'cute'

The can actually scale really fast with raptor, shadowcaster and barnes. Also just nice to have some sticky minions for trading/aoe. I have another version without the jade stuff, that is a little weaker vs priest and warlock imo

it has come in really handy with stuff like doomsayer or auctioneer, as a (bad) combo activator or for protecting a board. I might try it without conceal and see if that works any better. Someone suggested cutting huckster, since he dies to most 1 drops and I would at least have the option of choosing where he attacks before dying

Sadly its my only form of card draw really. Ive tried sprint, but that was just too slow if I didnt have prep, and I can still draw a few cards with a semi decent body which is helpful. only other cards would really be loot hoarder (hurts my n'zoth) and novice engineer (i'm running it in my standard decklist and its okay). another replacement suggestion would be nice.

I thought about shiruken, just not sure how to make it fit. brann maybe, but he can do some cute tempo swings or just work as a soft taunt. I think aya is probably better than sylvanas in this meta because the tokens are a little more useful for fighting off aggressive decks, with double n'zoth I generally have a pretty favorable winrate vs control. shiv might not be bad, a ping and a card draw is always useful.

Actually only now seeing that there are only 2 Jade cards. I would say, either go all in on them, or just don't do it? (All in this case includes adding in Jade Shuriken and Jade Spirit)

I went with huckster replacement for now, in the few times I've played him opponent used some serious resources to remove him. In a reno nzoth priest matchup he gave me kazakas when I had bran in hand lol. The jade cards actually won me the game, 4 aya seemed to do the trick. If I ran burgle, which I used to in a previous version, it can be very inconsistent and I would need to run the 5 mana 5/6. It's a good card, but I think I would rather have aya for board presence. To add shiruken, would SI:7 Agent be a good substitution?

I for sure won't remove raptor. Premium stat 3 drop that can give me card draw, jade token, coin, 4/5, jade token, or just drop on my empty board if need be. I used to run deathlord, but unlike priest or warrior, the only hard removal I have is assassinate. I often found myself on the wrong side of a minion that I either couldn't remove, or required multiple cards, which put me in a very bad future situation.

I'm kinda stuck deciding between mistress and zombie chow. Zombie likely gets a 2:1 IF I have him on t1, where mistress gives me healing at any point in the game when I only have reno for healing. I'm also in the fence of adding really weak deathrattles to my nzoth pool, especially if my second nzoth revives 2 of them instead of something like cairne
