So... we saw the thrall Dk and knew at that moment it wasn't made for Freeze Shaman, Do you think there will be more support for the archethype on the cards left? Do you think it'll be possible? Maybe combining with other archetypes like jade or elemental? 
It was going on the right path... Voodoo Hexxer is an incredible card, it has sinergy with Moorabi that has sinergy with Cryostasis... well, we all know that control shaman was a tier 3 deck, but maybe a Freeze Control can hit the Tier 1~2? Be that deck that is good to play and strong on meta, I hope so because I really like the idea of Freeze Shaman

The remaining cards would have to be pretty damn strong. Both Moorabi and Cryostasis are eeeeh at best, Voodoo Hexxer is the only card I actually like for a Freeze Shaman so far,

i really wish moorabi had more stats as it is a big roleplayer in the archetype. i think shaman class cards are going to be in the shithole again this expansion because they all look like really bad standalones and aren't even that good when you combine them with synergetic cards. the current token/evolve shaman is only viable because of the neutral cards it got from un'goro, not from the class cards from un'goro. shamans need like frost nova and corrupting mist stitched together into 1 card to push the archetype. right now all the freeze cards are understated/overcosted while also being low tempo. they need some kind of swing effect in order for this archetype to work.

It's shit, glad that they didn't wasted the dk on that archetype.

Can't see how using a charge of a bad weapon+ mediocre/bads cards to freeze a minion+your own health to remove a minion can push an archetype forward.

Moorabi it's way overcosted it should be a 4 mana 4/4 with some overload (that's exactly what overload it's for) and even then your need a couple of cards to combo to milk the value from him and it's not like that's a win condition or anything, not to mention that with shaman shit card draw comboing things it's far from easy.

i love the idea of this, but so far its a bit undersupported. Maybe some hybrid elemental will be a thing with the 1 drop freeze elemental card

There will probably be one freeze in shaman left to come out, I think it will be fun but that's about it sadly. 

Would have been nice if Voodoo Hexxer were an elemental. For Moorabi to work, I think he needs to require a very small package of support cards that also have some synergy with another archetype. With Glacial Shard, the obvious answer was Elemental. But it doesn't look like they're pushing that in this expansion. I'd love a card that generated more Glacial Shards, though.

Depends alot on the remaining cards to get full freeze shaman deck to work. Doubt it will as you would need quite alot of synergy still. Something like forked lightning that freezes is a must i think. But standalone freeze cards will probably add to existing slower shaman decks as hexxer is really good control tool and still over half of hs population dont understand how freeze actually works, hence severely underestimating Cryostasis. Using it on totem or low attack minion like firefly or stonehill or tar creeper without attacking misses you 1 damage and gives 3 more on next turn. Think those 2 cards will see play even outside of any "freeze" shamans.

with 3 elementals being freeze related, it's likely that it will be a variation on elemental shaman, we just need to know if there's any good 2 drop elementals and 4 drop elementals.

deck idea i'm working with. novice deck builder so may not be the best, especially without seeing the cards in play. but ill be giving this a try if i get the cards

I like the concept, I realy do, and I'm definetely will try it. Anything that pushes token decks aways is welcome to me.

I'm thinking in use this freeze package in a slow control shaman. The brrrrloc it's a excuse to put Curator in a deck along with Primordial Drake. I aways tried to put it in my decks but was missing more sinergy cards like paladin decks. 

This whole freeze theme comes together as a combo only. You set the combo with Voodoo Hexxer and Ice Breaker, then next turn you go crazy with the murloc and Moorabi clearing the board and getting some precious value. I think will fit well in a N'zoth deck or a bogchamp style.

The Cryostasis at first seems to fit in a more midrangey deck, or at least a not so slow deck.

I'm just going to ignore the Freeze cards. It just doesn't seem to stack up against the rest of the class sets. I'll take the DK to crown my Token Shaman but that's about it.

I can't see myself crafting a single card for this archetype. If I get Moorabi from a pack, then maybe I will toy around with it. 

This fucks with pirate warrior a bit, but I expect it to get wrecked by minion-based aggro. Everything is too pricey for early-game efficiency.

Stick with evolve and jade/elementals, I say. 

control shaman is already fringe playable and freeze synergy doesn't add anything to the deck it doesn't already have. without moorabi you can already outvalue most control decks with spirit echo and ancestral spirit, and you have enough actual clear and removal that you don't need freeze (though i do think chilly armorsmith is solid). that being said, other control decks are going to be super hard to outvalue now that they can shuffle another deck into their deck, so who knows.

as it stands right now they would literally have to print frost nova as a shaman card for moorabi to be good.

I dig the concept a lot, really keen to try it out. No idea if it'll become a "thing" as Freeze Mage only ever became a thing when it figured out how to stall the entire game and burn face to finish, where as this seems to be a more control-y, minion based deck, so... Might be cool (no pun intended), might just be a clunkier version of the already super solid control Shaman decks that already exist. Either way, keen.

Obviously it's Freeze to Play, come on guys.
