Is this card able to heal the hero too?

Yes, the "character" keyword means hero and minions.

I can't wait to see the animation effect for this card! I'm not sure which situations will benefit from it the most, but I I think Big Shaman might be a good place to look. It may also work in an evolve shaman kind of deck where you're trying to fill the board constantly and evolve your way up to legendary.

Reminds me of the Tranquility spell in Warcraft

I have a doubt, the text card don't say "Restore 12 Health divided randomly among all friendly DAMAGED characters.", this card only say "among all friendly characters".

May be waste some heals by healing a minion with full health??

The another 2 card that have a random heal say DAMAGED Ragnaros, Lightlord and Lightwell.

I hope that the card need a text correction, and health only damaged characters.

would suck if it healed full health minions. Would make the card unplayable. However if your board is empty it's 12 health for your face which is pretty good.

Ahh, this reminds me of my days as a Shammy healer in WoW. Healing rain was a staple spell back then (maybe still is? don't know).

Flavor-wise, it'd be nice to see something like Chain Heal in HS, too. Perhaps in April '18?

Great card for control archetypes. Let's hope that some kind of late game shaman will return.

because it's so cheap it's really versatile. You can heal your whole board or use it when you have no board like Greater Healing Potion. 

I enjoy this card so much, What a card!
