Snakes on a frozen plain.
"I'm tired of these Monday to Friday snakes, on this Monday to Friday plane!" -Censored Version
Thissssss will probably only ssssssee play off of Professsssssor Putricssssssside.
hunter secrets wont be played until they have draw secret mechanizm like mage has.Mage couldnt add those secrets (other than ice block) without Arcanologist
My new favorite inclusion into my DInomancy control hunter!
Another secret for Putricide to summon, but I think this might actually be a worse version of Snake Trap. Here's my thinking, you see a hunter summon three 1/1 tokens and that really doesn't seem like a problem until they combo it with something like Kill Command, Houndmaster, or Nesting Roc. but the 2/3 minion with poisonous is immediately dangerous so they will probably try to remove it as soon as possible.
It's still a form of Mindgames which I like, but much riskier.
Potion of Madness makes this new secret a nerf to Professor Putricide - secrets trigger on your opponent's turn, meaning Priest can steal the Poisonous minion and kill something else of yours at your expense because Potion of Madness grants charge.
Only if the Priest can attack with a Minion with less then 3 attack. Northshire Cleric , Crystalline Oracle , Radiant Elemental and Shadow Ascendant are the only minions I can think. But yes, nothing would trigger me more then giving a Priest a Poisonous charge Minion.
Sneaky Sneks
Sure, Hunter can have Noble Sacrifice and Vaporize combined into one secret. What could possibly go wrong?
Preeetty sure I saw the exact same card on Hearthcards.com years ago.
You're paying my medical bill for the heart attack you gave me while I was scrolling down the comments.
Seems good but people always test hunter secrets by using their weakest minions first so it's not really game changing. Although if you don't kill the cobra straight out it may trade two-for-one.
Thing is that the fact that they use their weakest minions is a good thing, it only leaves the big ones to deal with it once it spawns. That said people will learn to play around this if it gets popular. I don't think that this takes the hit from the attack though. I think it is just like snake trap but with a 2/3 poisonous.
Oh you're right. I just assumed the cobra was the new target of the attack. OK this is much better then!
YEAH LETS GO CONTROL HUNTER WOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Knights of the Frozen Arena
I think it's one of those cards that will definitely see value albeit the immediate hate. First, you're getting a 2 mana 2/3 which we all know is good vanilla stats. Second, it's poisonous, which means when control decks drop things like Primordial Drake and attempt to follow up controlling your board, this guy pops up and can wipe out the drake (or whatever else the control deck tries to influence it with. Third, it's a secret, so your opponent may try and play around this and fail.
This card worse than Bear Trap. At least Bear Trap could protect your minions. But this one, just drops a 2/3 poisonus minion. Never gonna be played on ladder. In arena, maybe good. In late game, this could kill great minions but that's all. Play Snake Trap instead of this.
everybody is ranting about hunter cards being bad for current meta. and that might be true. but i guess we could see a change in hunters gameplay and this card could work out well
but he ain’t talking about the current meta or any hunter playstyle stuff..he is just saying that this card sucks cuz we had and have better secrets
