Exactly this XD

While not necessarily a card you want to put in a deck, I'm super glad this card exists. Now I can make an Exploding Bloatbat + Stubborn Gastropod Zombeast to wipe my opponent's board >:D
Edit: Tested it out myself and this interaction does indeed work! Yay! :D

Been working just fine for me, I've gotten Poisonous + Deathrattle/Battlecry damage with Deathstalker Rexxar numerous times and it destroys any damaged minion. If you still don't believe me, there is a YouTube video that demonstrates the effect:

Question: Will the battle cry only effect the minions currently in the deck, or does the effect treat the deck itself as a "buffed zone" after Prince Keleseth has been played? For example, will new minions shuffled in by Archbishop Benedictus or Dead Man's Hand also receive this buff? Has anyone tried it?Edit: Tried it, Battlecry's effect seems to only apply to the minions currently in the deck when Keleseth is played. Bummer, there go my hopes for a potential combo :/

Actually they are changing how keywords like Lifesteal and Poisonous interact with Deathrattle effects when the expansion hits. So now Anomalus will heal with Frost Lich Jaina's Lifsteal effect, and Deathrattle damage + Poisonous will kill.

Those saying that this isn't as good as Bloodmage Thalnos seem to be overlooking that Thalnos is a Legendary minion, so of course Thalnos is going to be better value. But the fact that this little COMMON card is even somewhat comparable to a Legendary minion is pretty damn impressive! For new players, this is a great cheaper alternative, and for veteran deck builders, this can be run as a "second/third Thalnos".
Edit: Also worth mentioning that this combos well with Corpsetaker for Control Decks :D

If this had more aggressive stats like 7/7 (to continue the memes) this might not be targeted as hatefully, but as it is the card's only benefit is having +1 attack over a Chillwind Yeti. That is god-aweful for this kind of a drawback!

I don't think there are enough Lifesteal minions to make this card good yet, if it ever will be good.

In a typical Agro Hunter deck this would be a bad card, but I see this could have some great potential in a Control Hunter. As a few others have mentioned it is a flexible card at a cheap mana cost, allowing you to either finish off a minion in the early game, or give one of your 3+ health minions to trade with Poisonous later in the game.
If I open a Deathstalker Rexxar from a pack, I think I might actually try to craft the tools for a Control Hunter :3

The only popular 5+ attack minions I've seen Priests play are Elise the Trailblazer, Drakonid Operative, and Medivh, the Guardian, and most really only run Elise. So unless you are adding in vanilla body minions with higher attack, there is little risk of killing off your own guys.
