This site must be full of wallet warriors because Entomb is literally only good against opposing control. XD Northshire is by far the most powerful card in priest and it isn't even close.
I found myself clicking other a lot so I'm just going to go through each class in this post.
Mage: I almost just want to say mad scientist XD But in all honesty, my choice would probably be mana wyrm. It's not the most versatile mage card, but when your one drop wins games on it's own, that 1 drop is probably a little too strong.
Warlock: I'm stuck between voidcaller and jaraxxas. Both are really ridiculous, it depends on the meta really.
Shaman: Hex...3 mana kill and silence a minion...I've seen aggro shaman play this card, it's that good.
Paladin: Tirion cause Tirion. If secret pally didn't have follow up like Boom and Tirion, would you even care?
So wait, are we voting for the most powerful or the most OP? Because if it's most OP, I would select 'Other' for most of these. 'Other' being that they don't have any OP cards.
I have no idea why Keeper of the Grove isn't listed for Druid. According to this site, it's in 78% of Druid decks. It's the only class silence that's commonly run. It's not a frustrating as Savage Roar, but I think it's plainly more powerful.

It's a strong card, but more for its versatility than the value of the card as a whole. Arcane intellect is in almost all mage decks, but not too many people would consider it the strongest mage card.

Warlock's is none of what you listed. Their most powerful card is Voidcaller, hands down.
Rogue's most powerful card is definitely Blade Flurry. It's a strong board clear that can also be a finisher, however since it requires at least one other card to be used before it (because using it with just Wicked Knife is awful), it is not OP.
Blade Flurry for rogue. Tinker's sharpsword oil helps, but I feel like blade flurry is the only AOE that also hits face and has a higher cap than most AOEs at the cost of your weapon.
Warlock is the only class I chose Other, so I'll comment to specify that I believe the most powerful Warlock card is Voidcaller, and my second choice still isnt even up there, which is Imp Gang Boss. Implosion third.
Mage->No card is really overpowered. If I had to pick one I would say blastmage, as this card almost single handedly made every other mech deck irrelevant after GVG. Otherwise the class has a bunch of good cards, but nothing too powerful.
paladin->MC and minibot.
warrior->no card is really overpowered. If I had to pick one I would say maybe execute, and justicar is kind of busted in warrior too.
shaman->totem golem. although I wouldn't nerf it since the class is pretty bad overall and it's one of the few things that keeps it from becoming completely irrelevant.
druid->innervate. I'm actually fine with combo compared to getting shredder played against me as a one drop.
priest->entomb.
warlock->No card is really overpowered. If I had to pick one I would say jaraxxus, since it makes fatigue games unwinnable for other control decks against handlock/renolock.
rogue-> again I think the class is fine, but if I had to pick one maybe I would say SI-7. Played against aggro or midrange together with backstab on turn 3, it's often enough to kill the game on the spot.
Where's Tirion Fordring (Paladin) in the choices — even if there's no real debate 'til Mysterious Challenger hasn't been nerfed? Where's Power Overwhelming in the list for Warlock (that's why 37% people answered "other", i think…)? Where's Knife Juggler in the neutral cards? And for priest, where's… wait no there's no "most op card for priest". Entomb is a pretty good card (in terms of pure tempo it's a Polymorphfor 6, never forget Kappa) that finally allows priest to beat some control decks, nothing more, stop whining about it.

In terms of pure tempo it is both the Polymorph and the Lesser Fireball to kill the sheep for 6. So same price.

Notice how neither freeze mage nor tempo mage commonly run polymorph when it even has the option to be a higher tempo play than entomb. Entomb is a good, but not great card. The fact that it is leading the OP card voting is absolute nonsense (I only run 1 copy right now with all the aggro running amuk).

Both entomb and polymorph are terrible tempo cards actually. That's why you only run them in decks that are value and not tempo based, like control priest and grinder mage. The ability to remove a key minion from the game, along with any sort of deathrattle effects it might have had is very powerful when the game goes to fatigue. Dragon priest is sort of a halfway point between a midrange and an outright control deck, which is probably why they mostly run only one copy.

I run heavy control priest lol. And polymorph isn't all that bad tempo-wise. If you pay 4 mana and kill off a 5 mana belcher, that's positive tempo.
Time to vote on what you believe is the most powerful card from each class.

Wait a second, HOW do you not have power word: shield in priest? It's maybe the most OP card in the game, period.

Its fangs are in your flesh before its hiss leaves your ears.
Golden Heroes: Druid -> Rogue -> Shaman -> Hunter -> Warlock

Warlock most op card is none of those mentioned above but clearly Life Tap.....

I can not believe Force Of Nature wasn't even in the vote for druid!

No Lightbomb for priest?,well I guess Entomb is close enough

Trying Real Hard To Keep Hunter Relevant
This is all wrong. Most of this cards arent OP, just solid cards.
