Your Hero Power will become usable again if you use your power before playing Coldarra Drake. Additionally, if he dies, your hero power won't exhaust. (Source)

Are you sure you're reading the Tweet on Coldarra correctly? Adding "on that turn" the the end of what the Blue said is significantly different. I took the Blue to mean that if you use your Hero Power before Coldarra dies, it won't immediately exhaust once the minion is dead - meaning you can get one more use out of it. You're saying that you can continue to use it as many times as possible.
Either way, I'd say just stick with what the Blue actually said.
I'm pretty sure what it means is spells that "can" appear, not spells that "are" in your collection. For example, Tail Swipe and Living Bomb and Naxx/BRM boss specific spells are not options, but a Pyroblast is possible even if you do not own the card.

Should be noted a draw (same mana for both minions) in a joust means the effect does not occur, the higher rarity cards do not help in drawn cases. Source: https://youtu.be/SxG7dUCY_5U?t=6m13s
Just to clarify, does Knight of the Wild need to be in your hand prior to receiving discounts for playing Beasts? Or can it be in your deck but slowly creep lower as you play Beasts, let's say 3, and upon drawing Knight of the Wild costs 4. I'm guessing it works in the former and not the latter but the couple of us are trying to discern this over on that cards discussion thread.

definitely the former. If it was worded "This minion costs (1) less for each beast you have summoned this game" then it would work in your deck.

thx for clarification.
but many people will ask nevertheless ^^
Updated with some clarifications.

No, I've updated it to hopefully make it more clear.
From what i've heard, Justicar Truehearts ability only applies to the 'base' hero abilities. Hero powers like shadowform won't be affected.
What about Fallen Hero with the Hunter hero power?
It scales up. Shredder dream card right there.
why so game breaking...

"Fallen Hero increases the damage of any Hero Power that specifically says it deals damage. Otherwise, no effect."

The lock and load draw thing is still unclear. If you gain a card before quickshot triggers then wont you not recieve a card from quickshot?
It say can appear in your collection meaning Collectible Spells, not Uncollectible such as Dream or Ysera's Awaken.
Newcomer, making through !
Hi,
Has it been clarified how [card]Astral Communion[/card] and Darnassus Aspirant work if Astral is played and Danassus is played on the next turn? Does it create an Excess Mana card? The description of the battle cry reads the same as the description of Wild Growth so logically it would... right?
I've theory crafted the below deck but it needs the card draw caused by Excess Mana to work properly.
http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/289508-astral-aspirations
you only get excess mana from astral communion when you have already 10 mana.
but i guess nobody will play 2 astral communion, that does make any sense..
Wait... So of all classess Poisoned Blade actually works the worst in rogue? Talk about synergy ^^
"The random spell you get can only be spells which can appear in your collection."
This is quite confusing and misleading. It can only give you collectible spells, not only spells that are in your collection.
