I think in Aggro it's the neutral hand refill card for all classes. By turn 7 you've just seen your opponent play his 3rd board clear, now you have 1 card in your hand and he has around 6-7. Play this and you can now have some mid game or something to work on finishing.
The place I see it being really nifty is if you are aggro against mage or another deck with good damaging spells. Run out of gas when your opponent is almost dead, just steal their fireball and smash it into their face.
Not sure how practical this is. But that would be really damned cool to do.
First things first -- it's a 7 mana 3/3. That means the effect better be really, really good. Only trouble is... it usually isn't. For this card to work well, your opponent's hand needs to be good AND your hand needs to be kind of worthless. In other words, both you and your opponent have to play into it for it to really bloom. Even if the stars align, you still need to get away with playing a 7 mana 3/3 to take advantage of the effect. Overall: I can't see this seeing play.
It's hard for me to see whether or not it'd be good yet. Yes, it's playable, but how will it change the current game? It's really a toss up right now. I need to see more cards from the expansion released.
This will absolutely see play. Here's one scenario.
Imagine facing a warlock playing Rin. With this card, you can play it while the 10/10 is in their hand and play it asap.
I'm sure there are more uses but this card has a ton of possible applications.
keep in mind they'll play their azari first meaning they'll have a 1 card advantage over you AND a 10/10 vs your 3/3
Here's the thing. If you've played with and against Rin, you know to complete all the rituals usually means sacrificing board dominance. You have a clear adavantage as to not having to complete the ritual to get the 10/10.
This only works in an aggressive deck vs any slower deck. But then again, most slower decks have lots of removal and attrition cards - which card aggro doesn't need. Not necessarily a horrible card, but just too bad to be good in any kind of deck as of now.
This is true, but many slow decks run burn or some kind of finishing combo. If you take half your opponent's life with aggro cards and then steal enough direct damage for the other half you are good to go. Of course that strategy is really meta-dependent, so I see it as more of a tech card than a build-around.
Probably only be played in an aggro deck. Right now, only Paladin has a good enough aggro, and they have a better card already. If hunter or warrior or some other class gets a viable aggro deck, then maybe? Another possibility is a tempo-ish deck that has card-draw issues, like the old tempo hunter decks. Don't see it, but squinting at it... maybe?
Remember it's pulling from the opponent's hand, not your deck. That's good for fatigue (not an issue for aggro) but most the cards in your opponent's deck aren't going to go well with your aggro approach.
Don't think it'll see play, but will definitely show up in some RageOrc or Trolden videos.
It's good for aggro decks because, A. its a refill, and B. It tells you what is currently in your opponents hand, and knowing what is in your opponents hand can never be a bad thing
Aggro either loses or wins by turn 7 so i doubt this sees play in there.
However there is something no one has mentioned yet that might make this insane in slower decks...
You get to SEE what your opponent has that in itself is extremely powerful (look at MTG and cards like thoughtseize which offers alot of power from you simply knowing what the opponent has). On top of that you also get their hand which is kind of like an Un'Goro Pack but way better since you're getting cards your opponent put in their deck. I think if control warlock remains relevant or any other control deck comes to top tier we're gonna see alot of Azalina Soulthief to help grind them out (Imagine your opponent plays Rin and goes through casting several of the seals and then you play this and only have to go through 1-2 before get azari). Also this would would be seen in a quest warrior to help refill your hand after you get the quest done which is something quest warrior always struggled with or simply a control warrior tool after you exhaust your hand.
TL:DR Knowing what your opponent has is nuts, the value is insane from this card, and I think if there are control decks trying to be greedy this is a must have in those decks.
I think this has some application in a control/midrange deck as a way to gain a ton of value in the control matchup, and possibly get an answer to cards like Rin. I'm not optimistic though.
I think this is potentially a great card in a DK rexxar deck. This is because although that deck has infinite value, it lacks answers and boardclears unlike all other control decks, and rexxar frankly isnt good enough to carry the archetype.
But say you DK on 6, this on 7, now you have the hand and answers of a control priest or the like, and with the hero power you have plenty of value to crush any opposing control deck.
Just an idea, maybe this card will suck. it is a 7mana 3/3 after all. but I still see so much potential.

Combo and burn decks will not be able to benefit from most cards your opponent(s) will play. Besides, on turn 7 most decks reduced their hand size to 3, 4 cards, which makes this card even harder to play.
Interesting card. I wonder where it will see play, I can't see it being that useful in Control decks, as they tend to have pretty large hands while holding essential cards. And it's too slow for Aggro.
I don't see this being played. It's a LOT worse than Divine Favor for multiple reasons:
1) It costs 4 more mana so if you run out of cards early you have a long time to wait to get some cards from this. Also your opponent has more time / mana to dump cards so you get less value.
2) The cards that you get most probably don't mesh well with your deck's strategy. You would play this probably in an aggro deck to counter control decks with huge hands but there is no way to outvalue them because for value you only got that 1 hand of cards while they have the same hand + certainly a more value oriented deck than yours. Also some cards will pretty much be unplayable for your strategy ( Board clears , healing , taunts , combo pieces( unless they by some miracle have all of them in their hand )...all are useless if you are playing an aggro deck )
3) It's useless in aggro mirrors. While Divine Favor can sometimes squeeze out a card or 2 against an aggro opponent this for sure will not + the aggro mirrors are all about tempo and 7 mana 3/3 is a tempo disaster.
Meme card for sure unless there's some unrevealed card in the expack that somehow has synergy with this.
It's written divine favour for everyone but stats aren't really agro or even tempo. It's hard to tell if value of this card will be so insane that 3/3 for 7 mana wouldn't matter. Will see
And yes if you're vs control you'll get high value cards, but you just spent 7 mana on a 3/3, your opponent has the benefit of the first move, and his deck has better synergy with the cards you now have in hand.
But what is better? - Spending 7 mana on a 3/3 and drawing gas? - Spending spending less mana on something low impact and continuing to top deck?
Exactly. In particular, as Aggro, turn 7 is dramatically late, and against Control, you're hardly copying any finisher.
Plus the 'pollution' of Azalina as draw in early turns.
It looks like a suboptimal solution as card draw in any deck - not bad, just suboptimal.
If this card will turn out to be playable, i think it will be because of other synergies, like Burgle or similar.

Looks bad on paper but this might be a filthy card draw mechanic for aggro. but those stats tho...
Why u hav to be mad? is only card gaem.

So... this is good when:
-Your hand is empty, or close to empty and your opponent had a big high-value hand you can use.
-You can steal a quest reward or Rin-generated card
-Your opponent is playing a combo-deck, and you can steal his entire setup while maintaining your board preasure.
-You can copy high-value cards in control mirrors.
-You are convinced you opponent is holding a card which can squeeze out a win for you.
And it sucks when:
-Your opponent is the aggressor, and has few or low value cards in hand.
-You are playing the tempo game.
-You are ahead in the value game.
-You have cards in your hand that are important for your own strategy.
This seems extremely situational, but sure, it will win games at times...

Perhaps some use in some sort of Midrange deck?

interesting card. maybe this and baku can finally make quest hunter shine.
