So my question pertains to Voidlord getting nerfed and Here is why I am asking this question. I just got back into Hearthstone again for a few reasons and I am currently playing Paladin, Murlocs to be exact. I am pretty close to getting back to rank #9, but The Warlock spam is getting stupid and Voidlord needs to get hit already. Warlock has Card draw, Infinite amounts of taunt, and The damage is too damn good. Why Blizzard even thought this was a good idea? I don't know. It's like playing against CawBlade if anyone here plays MTG, and Nobody likes that deck at all. Why not give Rogue some attention or Make Warrior relevant again? I don't play either of those classes, but Warlock seems to only get more and more buffs as new sets come and go.
It's not. Voidlord isn't problematic - it's a solid card that you'll just have to learn to deal with. It's 9 mana for a card that is completely wrecked by Silence/Poly/Hex. It's a late game card that's good against aggro....at a time in the game when aggro should have won already.

You marked this thread as Wild. So I'm assuming you are playing Wild. 1st. Anyfin Paladin is the only Murloc Paladin that works here 2. Voilord is not strong here at all. Voidcaller and Malganis are. 3. Rogue is really strong here with Kingsbane and Odd Rogue being the most powerfull. 4th. Warrior is kinda strong too, but you need patience and game knowledge to run it properly, in right hands he is deadly and some of his tools are really strong.
As someone who plays a lot of Warlock i gotta say i don't think Voidlord is an issue. If something deserves a nerf it's Gul'dan's hero power. Deal 3/Heal 3 each turn for 2 mana is overpowered for sure. Maybe if it was 2/2 if would be easier to deal with.
I saw this is wild so ill assume there is an chance his murloc deck isnt an aggro deck but can also be an combo deck with any fin can happen that try to kill you opponent with charging minions and taunts stop that.
Skull is rarely played in wild. I think voidcaller need an nerf it with malganis/voidlord/doomguard and any other 8-10 cost demon in the future is still an good play.
^ I play Anyfin Paladin a lot and the thing is that your biggest offender are fast decks. Control with Taunts and other stuff is easy as long as you won't waste your Equality comboes. So either he can't pilote it, or he truly plays Murloc Aggro Paladin which was popular in Frozen Throne meta where he claims that he left the game and now he came back.
If there would be a 1 Mana 5/5 minion and a 1 Mana 5 dmg board clear, every aggro player wants a nerf for the board clear. If powercreep players doesn't play around and doesn't put in a tech card, it's their own fault

Ixxar (Blizzard balance guy) was just on Thijs stream. Apparently, Druid is fine, Quest Rogue is fine, UI is fine, Melon is fine (in Wild too), VL is also fine. The only card that sounded like it might get nerfed is Giggling Inventor.
Interestingly, he let slip that they use faster animations during play testing. But us plebs, who have been asking them for years, can’t have them...

It is actually a little weak on that 9 mana spot.
It will never get nerfed.
Welcome 'back' to oblivion
It's pretty dumb. But wait until Druid plays 3 Spiteful Summoners in a row.

I suggest one of these threads.

The main problem with Voidlord is not in it's own card but in Skull that makes it free on turn 6.

Strong but not broken.
Maybe couse skull summon it from hand at the of the turn it was played?
Plays a broken cancer deck and is crying because one card in the whole game stops him face rolling everyone

The problem is that guldan can make him go on board before turn 9. When you play voidlord on turn 9 naturally, it's a decent, not broken, card.

It's not voidlord, is DK GulDan the problem
