How does this work with Kingsbane? Do you get a 1/3 Kingsbane or do you get a real copy of it and get the buffs along with it. The same can be asked for other handbuffed stuff.
Just dangerous. Think about it: Divine Favor is half the reason aggro paly is strong (Call to Arms is the other half). Now every class get a neutral divine favor that is potentially better. People talk about it being high cost and clog in hand during early turns, but usually you as aggro paly don't play it until maybe turn 6, so in that sense the cost is not a huge deal. What's more dangerous than divine favor is that against control, the refill instantly provide you resources that are almost definitely higher in value than your own deck, giving you a chance at a revenge against control even after they cleared your board.
What's more, in late games against combo decks (Maly OTK decks, any Quest deck), aggro player can steal your combo that you try to set up for the entire game just using this single card. Just think about it.
Lets say that you have no cards left in your hand more likely a situation hunter will be in this card can generate you many cards to play. I don't think it is garbage level of bad. stats are low but still better than not having many options in your hand.

When is Kingsbane ever in hand on your opponents turn though?

Are you implying kingsbane is never in hand? Because if that's the case then you are wrong. And what does that have to do with the question anyway?
I like it because it will basically allow you to play around whatever control options our opponent has in hand. Of course, if you don't already have a decent board when you play it then it probably won't matter.
I can't really see an aggro deck running this. In most match-ups the cards you are stealing won't allow you to push your game plan (going face and finishing your opponent). Also, you are paying 7 mana for a 3/3.
This card could be used in control v. control matches when your hand becomes clogged up with useless yank in the match-up (boardclears, card draw). Getting late game bombs from your opponents, removal or DK's could tilt the scales in your favor.
i dont think this will brake a deck ( depends on the meta, could be auto include in every deck if a weird new deck comes in). Its obviously playable in aggro, its also insane vs aluneth. But nobody seems to realise this card could be played in control. There are control decks that have an insanely low amount of value. Drop this thing in there, take the warlocks whole hand and you might have a chance.
This only works in an aggressive deck vs any slower deck. But then again, most slower decks have lots of removal and attrition cards - which card aggro doesn't need. Not necessarily a horrible card, but just too bad to be good in any kind of deck as of now.
Played at t7, many of the removal cards will be gone, so potentially high value gained.
Aside from Aggro/Mid-aggressive decks, where it is kind of like Divine Favor as others have pointed out, it might also fit some Control Decks. Cards like Possessed Lackey have a habit of becoming useless halfway through the game, and it feels like we get even more of those, like with Baku the Mooneater, which is not a good minion outside of its effect, pretty much destined to be a dead card if you want to build a deck around it.
Sure enough, Azalina is not as good as Elise Starseeker for these kind of situations, but it's the only one of its kind in Standard.
Hard to say whether it will end up in a meta deck, but I am really surprised people call this "bad".
Or you can play a big impact card that actualy have synergy with your gameplan. Such as leeroy ragnaros (in wild) or whatever else you can imagine (call of the wild, Lynessa, Savanah highane...)
Just imagine facing cubelock what will you do with stuff like possessed lackey, bloodreaver guldan, dark pact, cube, defile, twisting nether,
sure you could get doomguard and hellfire, but the odds aren't in your favour to be honest.
The whole point is that you've already played those cards. This isn't a card you're supposed to play on curve.
Because you're an aggro/midrange deck playing against control, you have no more cards. And they have a lot. You want cards. More cards is always better than less cards. Because without cards, you can't do things. With more cards, you can keep doing things.
Actually sounds really powerful, but I think it might be one or two mana too expensive. Definitely not a bad card, though. As mentioned, certain cards just stop being useful at a certain point in the game (like Possessed Lackey) this card lets you replace them with something which is bound to be better than a 2/2 for 5 or whatever.

Meta-defining.

This isn’t a terrible card but I’ll wait and see what sort of decks come out of it.

Great job Blizzard! let's make sure aggro pally never runs out of cards!

Would be hilarious to run this in Aggro and just throw it out there as a last resort against control decks.
I tried having fun once. It was awful.

Lets you gain access to even cost cards when youre running baku.. LULz
This will be crazy in control warlock mirror match!
This IS NOT a neutral devine favor! For 3 very important reasons:
A) You get value from outside your deck, which means you get additional total deck value without losing fatigue.
B) You get to play a lot of late game cards from your opponent, instead of drawing a bunch of 1 or 2 drops, which is waaaay better.
C) it comes with a body, so it is never a fully dead draw, you can also bounce it or save it with getaway kodo/cheat death
I think people are underestimating it.
Occasionally gives helpful advice.

This will absolutely see play. Here's one scenario.
Imagine facing a warlock playing Rin. With this card, you can play it while the 10/10 is in their hand and play it asap.
I'm sure there are more uses but this card has a ton of possible applications.
Stealing things like Azari, the Devourer or quest rewards seems pretty good, but that's about it.
