Play 5 games in Wild now, all of them vs warlocks, the variation is full demons with old and new cheat manas to put big demons in play or Reno/Kazakus version.
Not only half of the classes are dead in Standard because for some reason Blizzard don't nerf the insanity warlock become but Wild become just unplayable too.
I play this game for years, I see all types of broken decks ruining the game, hunters draw many cards with 2 manas Buzz, MC in every match, midrange shaman Tier 0, CotW 8 manas, druid after release KFN before nerfs, pirate warrior, etc...
But none of this decks have the consistent draw/healing/removal/insane tempo and value plays warlock have now.
And, for the worse part, not even a small sign Blizzard will do something about it...
We've seen this thread about 1000 times by now haha. We all know it's true, but there's not too much sense starting another thread about it.
I still think it's pretty funny how cubelock was pretty much forever banned in world tournament, then they nerf Razakus, Patches, Creeper and leave cubelock untouched. All of those nerfs would have been great if they also did something about cubelock, but they didn't, and for now it's unfortunate. We just have to pray some big card comes out in the unrevealed cards that keeps warlock at bay somehow haha. Not much else to do.

The main problem with Warlock is the Hero power is by far the best in the game. When they print semi decent card for the class, it becomes op. To bring warlock off the meta they either have to change the Hero power, or print considerable less okay or better warlock cards.
The class still isn't at effective pre nerf Pirate Warrior levels yet.
However, I will say that where warlock is right now should highlight how grossly powerful the warlock hero power is compared to all other hero powers. The cycle power has always been as disgusting as ever, but now it is easy to see how the loss of 2 health per hero power has even less of a drawback. Aside from a tempo loss the -2 health is often meaningless considering they have 22-30 healing in their deck (with 2 dark pacts & 2 spellstones) and that is without the armor and heal from Gul'Dan.
Not only do they have unlimited card draw, they also have various ways to cheat out big minions and Blizzard refuses to give any proper removal to almost all classes, well except Warlocks and Priests.
Funny enough, the classes dominating right now both have card draw, AoE, single target removal, heal and ways to cheat out big minions. Then Blizzard wonders why other classes are struggling. Heh luls.

There are lots of decks to counter Warlock. But instead of playing them, some people always choose bitching.
The two aggressive paladins decks have a much better win rate and i do not see on every forum or discussion site how broken or to good paladin decks are. Just because it feels bad to lose to does not mean it is the best deck ever made an example would be quest mage, quest mage feels awful to lose to. Here is the site I use to prove that Cube Lock is a tier 2 deck and not that big of a problem...https://hsreplay.net/meta/

Hero power is fine. The issue is they took away the negative drawback. Giving warlock all the heal in Kobolds was insanely stupid.
I thought Tempo Mage was ruining Hearthstone, as was Combo Priest and Kingsbane Rogue - in fact are there no decks that are ruining Hearthstone lately? Well, except for the ones that aren't being played, I guess those can't ruin Hearthstone ;)

yeah... no. Warlock is being kinda of oppressive but it's still being beat hard by paladins and priests.
The issue is that the 3 classes are by far the best in both format and have been for a long time now. Paladin will be a no issue in standard when key cards from murloc paladin and some from dudeadin rotate. Priest will lose a bunch of stuff too. I agree that warlock is pretty powerful but it's not really choking the meta that much. The other two are.

Paladins are annoying to play against... But I feel like their win rates are higher in lower ranks. The only class I actually have a losing record against is warlock haha (mostly because I don't want to play cubelock or priest myself). I've only recently started playing zoolock with moderate success (even though that shows up nowhere on that tier list really haha).
Paladins still just feels beatable, and it feels good to survive a couple waves of murlocs. Cubelocks are just boring and kinda frustrating to play against (just my opinion, and also my personal stats against current decks haha).

I played around 30 wild games this season and rarely went up against warlock. However, 50% of my games were against paladins which are far more rage-inducing. With warlocks, you can outvalue them over time. You already know what they're fully capable of so just bring a deck that provides constant value or has half a bajillion clears. The only variation of warlock I've had difficulty with in wild (playing my big spells Reno mage) is giants and that's been almost pushed out of the meta by the obscene number of paladins. I don't blame Blizz for not nerfing warlocks. They had absolutely no good decks before K&C and were the least seen class during KotFT. It's not like they're uncounterable. You may just have to alter which deck you're using to compensate for the increased number of them.
warlock loses like crazy to tempo/secret mage, and even worse in wild against burn mage. all popular priest archetypes have strong or favorable matchups against both control and cubelock. the class is very strong and meta-warping to a fair degree, but there are so many counters. i think the biggest possible complaint is that between cubelock and spiteful priest, "fair" tempo/midrange decks aren't really adequate.

I feel like they got too much healing in K&C.
Another stupid hearthstone expert plays 5 games and he thinks he knows everything about Wild meta.
